I actually bought this to replace the box spring so I can lay a big mattress on top. It is sturdy. Enough room underneath for shoes and slippers. And now the dog can climb on the bed without a problem. Yes, I bought it for the dog. Kids love it easy to put together.
I hate assembling anything, but this one was easy even for my low standards. I like it so far, been sleeping on it for 2 weeks now, sturdy, no noise, great minimalistic solution to bulky bedframes. All the parts arrived without damage or even a scratch. Great value for money. Perfect.
My king mattress is about 13 inches tall, so I wanted a lower profile frame. This does the trick. Its sturdy, intuitive to put together and looks attractive. Appears well made. I found no serious dents anywhere, but I do recommend you have a rubber mallet nearby in case you need to nudge the arms in correct alignment for the bolts. Easy assembly.

It was easy and straightforward and fun to get it from a box to my most important piece of furnituremy bed! It has a very simple, sleek, and classy look to it. Its minimalist without being boring. It is sturdy and easy to move and use. I wouldnt be able to tell the difference between this and the way overpriced modern beds Ive seen people blow money on. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for the things I looked for in my bed: lower to the ground for the safety of young kids and dogs who like to visit, classier/looking than a typical bed frame with no headboard and footboard, easier to move, easier to set up, easy to match to any and all decor, stable for back/supporting sleep, strong and enduring for cry kids that jump and play everywhere, and space/maximizing. Love it!
