Used services for assembly. Inexpensive worth it. This is the highest quality trampoline Ive ever owned, and the padding/safety is great. Kids are using it more than the last one, I believe because it has a firmer bounce, maybe due to spring quality or the last one was just broken in too much. Great trampoline, go ahead and spend the few extra dollars on this one. Five Stars love the color
Easy to assemble. We had a small issue with some of the straps for the mat that covers the springs being too short but the seller was very responsive and resolved the issue immediately by sending a new part. Extremely satisfied with our purchase.
This trampoline is absolutely fantastic! We have had it for over two years now, and my kids are literally on it every single day.
We went for the largest one they make, and I am glad we did, it is fantastic, and they love having their friends over to play on it.

Two years later and still looks new, three kids and many others pounding on this all the time. I have nothing bad to say about it. I take the pad in for the winter, little bit of work but I think it keeps it new looking. We broke the it, contacted customer service and with in one day the responded with an email and sending parts. The parts came as promised! Great trampoline! Well built and sturdy. Customer service was top notch. I had to contact them to order a new mat and enclosure when a brush fire blew embers on the trampoline. They were extremely quick to respond and we had replacements shipped to our house within a week of the initial contact.
