I bought this chair for my home office because I work from home more often now I am so glad I did wow what an amazingly comfortable chair, I absolutely love it! Takes about 20-30min to assemble but well worth it!!
This product would be fine for the price if it werent for the arm design. As it is, they are not adjustable downward in any way. This is a problem because at my height (57), the arms are too tall and I have to hunch my shoulders unnaturally to use them. I can of course adjust them backwards and out of the way, but then why have armrests at all? At that point, my wrists are on the desk, and Im losing circulation. Neither option is ideal for me.
Support seems fine, but I wont be able to test it long enough to give a fair rating.
Easy enough to assemble, not too many parts to work with. A bit odd, again because of the rigid arm design. I find it weird that the arm assembly is also what holds the back to the seat, which almost makes it a 2-person job to assemble due to awkwardness with the rigid components. It took me about 35 minutes to assemble fully, not counting a mistake or two I made (pure user error) which took another few minutes.
This chair keeps me comfortable all day. The starting position for rocking is tilted too far down on my chair so I took one star away. I keep it locked so it doesnt rock. Other than that, its a good chair.
Finally, a chair that fits me, a chair thats comfortable, and a chair that should last. In putting it together, the strong construction is evident, and when in use.... well, I see a nap coming. It took a couple of purchases to find this one and the new webbing style chairs werent fitting my need so thanks to for a great return policy to get it right. It would be nice though if they learned to spell INSTRUCTION MANUAL.

Great chair
Very comfortable on my bottom, as I work from home. Spent up to 8 hrs. a day in chair. It was very easy to assemble.
