I messaged the retailer about the issue and they responded with well send the right part asap. The part sent was received few days later but this time wrong part for wrong item wrong color. I message the retailer AGAIN and they apologized about the mix up and stated they would correct the mistake swiftly, and that they did. The right part and color came in. FREE OF CHARGE. No complaints, neither did they try to get more money out of me. Probably the best customer service Ive ever encountered. Item is beautiful, everything I wanted in an entertainmrnt. BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL.
This is really easy to assemble and pretty sturdy. Very sturdy, good quality, all pieces were here. I searched the internet for hours looking at different farmhouse stands and all the reviews.SO GLAD I went with this one. Its beautiful. Im thinking about getting the matching coffee table!
Sturdy. Easy instructions and to build by yourself and great price! There was a scratch on one of the handles and one nail on each door handle was loose. For the product, quality, and price tho you cant beat it. I would definitely buy this again in the future for another room.
Simple and easy to put together. Believe the majority! This time anyways, the risk was worth it. Material was not flimsy or damaged and it arrived earlier than expected (I mean it is painted and textured particle board but cmon youre not exactly going for expensive mahogany if youre here). Everyone Ive shown it to is impressed and loves the aesthetic.
The instructions were easy to follow and only extra tool I needed was a screwdriver. If I can build it then anyone can. Was worried when I read the lower reviews, but Im glad I ignored them! Once it was all put together there werent any loose or offset pieces, all the bolts tightened nicely to make a sturdy entertainment center. All I can say really is buy this item if you need a shelf below or supporting a tv. Im in love with it, 5 stars Didnt feel like a knockoff purchase, cheaper and easier than without a high price tag. Do it, go for it. And if the shipping price scares you off just remember that other items are more expensive as a base price and it pretty much evens out. Worth it in my opinion.
Ok. I loved the price since it was affordable. It matches my farmhouse table so well. I purchased the color and love it. It arrived fine, no scrapes or broken pieces. As far as assembly, didnt seem too hard my bf and son put it together in an hour and looks great!
We have toddlers so we purchase a tv mount and attached it to the tv stand. This works so well for us and is very nice. Definitely made the living room come together better! Love it!
Love the piece but it has multiple scratches on the top that were attempted to be filled and refinished. I wouldnt buy knowing I was getting a damaged/returned unit. Not as easy as people say.
