chair looks beautiful, do not want to return but it came without the necessary screws, washers, allen wrench to put it together. Can I have the fasteners sent to me or do I have to return the entire chair?
UPDATE: I found the missing packet of screws, my fault! And I was able to easily assemble the chair by myself. Also, the company responded very quickly to send me the missing pieces, and called me to follow/up with a tracking number. Their representative was very kind and concerned for my satisfaction even after I told her it was my fault in the first place. Definitely will look to them for my next office chair.
Im very pleased with this purchase its comfortable offers support, love the gold base looks perfect with my Decour. It is a beautiful little desk chair.
Love the chair the color is lighter but I love that is lighter. It goes perfect with my vanity. It looks very classy and fancy n real life. The picture does not do it justice
This chair arrived in less than stellar condition, the bottom feet were poking out of the box and had a couple dings and dents, so I did not even open the box because I didnt want to have to deal with it, so I submitted a refund request with pictures of the box to show that it arrived in poor condition. I ended up keeping the chair after a few messages with the seller because the chair itself wasnt damaged just the feet and it was still functioning (I did receive a discounted for the damage). Overall Im very happy I decided to keep the chair because its adorable and very comfortable on my lower back. For comfort reference I sit in this chair for 5 hours Monday through Friday.
I did remove a star for shipping condition which I believe could be easily avoided if boxed in a larger box with more protection. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
Quality could be improved. The chair looks good, but the seat cushion isnt good for long hours of sitting. Ive had it less than a week and it feels like Im sitting on wood and I weigh less than 150 lbs. Im disappointed. I guess I should have saved the box for a few weeks so I could return it.
Not bad. The chair looks just like it does in the picture. It is a very nice looking chair and I am disappointed that it turned out to be cheaply made. I was so looking forward to enjoying this beautiful chair. This would be a perfect chair for a teen or young adult. However, for a grown person, this chair is a lot smaller than I thought it would be and not as sturdy. Also, when I sit in the chair and move around it makes a clicking sound.
I will not be returning this chair, I am just going to give it to my daughter who just got a new job and will be working from home at times. This would be perfect for her. I will be getting the chair that I originally wanted and just pay the money. Sometimes you get what you pay for. This is why I am not a fan of buying furniture online. I need to see the material and how sturdy it really is. A shame that you cant really find these beautiful task office chairs in a store. Most seem to only be available online.

There is a cancer warning on the box when we received it, why would we let our daughter use this chair? Cant return it. It is just sitting in the garage. A waste.
