Ordering through was easy, while communication was sparse I was able to call and Bark to find out where my couch was and was subsequently contacted by the delivery company to schedule. Everything went fairly easy and the delivery guy (was by himself) helped me bring the box into the house (a lifesaver considering it was cold and bunch of snow). The only difficulty in assembly was because of size and weight of the couch, actual assembly was just removing from box and attaching the legs which are in a small sack in the underside - all in all took about 15 minutes and was ready to be enjoyed. The quality of the furniture is superb, and totally happy I went with over s brand. Sometimes it really is worth it to pay just a bit more for that peace of mind for a couch that will last years and years. Leather color is superb, and has that creamy feel and will only get better over time, a few months down the line will use otter oil on it to enhance its quality.

I purchased the Napa Cognac color leather couch from . But I did contact and Bark to confirm that they were selling their Napa couch on . And yes hey do. Sometimes you see so many knock offs, same or similar couch on other sites. Its a beautiful piece! Shipping was fast! Packaging was great, simple assembly, easy instructions and the leather is great quality! Very soft leather. Excellent size and just what I was looking for. I love this new leather coach. I highly recommend it.

Sturdy solid frame beautiful leather (although it does scratch easily but looks good even w a scratch)! Assembly was a no brainer (10 min once everything is out of the box)
I started out wanting to buy a trendy Sven leather sectional sofa from Article, but after doing a lot of research, I found that the and Bark Napa sectional is the exact same style and the same high level of quality at a lower price (plus, the cognac color of the Napa leather is a bit more tan than that of the more yellow-toned Sven). I read many, many reviews of both sofas, concentrating on those given by customers who had nothing to gain or lose with their opinions rather than lifestyle bloggers who are beholden to their sponsors and donors. People love the sofas for the same reasons (good looks, comfort, quality), and were annoyed with them for the same reasons---For instance, I know from reviews that this style of sofa loses loft in the back cushions, and that the leather requires maintenance. I asked myself: Do I want to love my sofa but be annoyed for the same problems with a $5000 sofa or with a $3000 sofa? I chose the and Bark Napa sofa and am very, very happy. And I chose to purchase it through rather than directly through and Bark (which I could have---they were the same price), because this purchase was a huge one for me, and has a great record of getting my stuff to me on time and in good shape.
This is an incredibly comfortable and well-made couch. Looks amazing, and was better than expected. Took less than 5 minutes to assemble, the packaging was the best Id ever seen for a product. Shipping was a little bit of an issue, but it was at the height of Christmas season. We waited a couple of months but definitely worth it. Will continue to buy their products from this point forward.

There were a lot of spots that looked like water damage. er sent a separate care kit, but should be included for all purchases
