Good value. Like the platform aspect since decent bedding is so expensive. Wish base was 18 inches high to make up for lack of box spring. Is a little creeky over time, tightening will help, as usual. Looks nice, retro.
Very satisfied with this bed frame. You cant use a box spring or even a low profile platform under your mattress as it will sit too high. Frame started squeaking after a few months break in period. I just retightened all the bolts and added little 3m foam sticky pads between the metal on metal cross slats.....squeaks gone. If the bolts loosin up again i will retighten and add a little lock-tight liquid.
Assembly was easy and intuitive, and the instructions were clear. Definitely a nice bedframe, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a frame in that price range.
I had three frustrations with quality; when I took the caps off the head and footboard pipe openings, a surprising quantity of rust flakes came out. Enough to make little piles. There are also several bits of debris inside the frame, Im guessing from the welding, that were loose enough to roll and rattle around, but trapped so I couldnt dump them out. Lastly, there are three holes tapped into the underside of the top rail of the headboard and footboard, maybe there are attachments for sale somewhere? I dont know, and they werent in the instructions.
All in all, none of this affects the final functionality of the bedframe, and the holes arent obvious unless you look for them. Now that the bed is set up and sitting still, I dont think the debris is going to rattle around either. Its a pretty nice frame, all the more so given the price. Its very sturdy, and hasnt been squeaking at all, even with my toddlers jumping around on it.
Great quality! Very well construction and easy to assemble. Solid and has rubber caps on support pieces so there is no noise or squeaking or movement. Far exceeds all expectations and worth double the price paid.
Ive only just gotten this bed today. My other bed was too big and too high. Im 52 and although I took my time and several breaks, I did manage to asseble it myself. Ive read the mixed reviews on its sturdiness so as a larger woman this has me nervous. I bought the full size so Im hoping the slats will hold up. My thinking is to see about sliding some storage boxes from my closet under the bed to give the support slats a little help. I read a few reviews with couples weighing a combined 390 lbs doing fine on it. Im single and will only be sleeping on it. I will update my review if there are any changes.
Assembling the platform part of the bed was more labor intensive than I was anticipating, but the instructions are straight forward and easy enough if you follow them. My only concern is taking this bed apart and then putting it back together when I move. Those two points aside Im super happy with it. Its very sturdy and no pieces arrived dented or damaged.

RE-TIGHTEN BOLTS AFTER A FEW MONTHS

Worth the money
Very cute frame.
exceptional value
The bed is vey sturdy with a lot of crossbars that firm a grid in the frame below the mattress.
Dents
The frame is really nice and very easy to assemble, unfortunately they were dents on the footboard and headboard,
Acceptable quality for the price.

The look of this bed is incredible. Great addition to our guest bedroom.
The assembly wasnt impossible, but the directions needed wording to help out. Just one dimensional drawings are not easy to follow.
GREAT quality and no creaking! Terrific bed.

Concerned about sturdiness, too soon to tell
