Exactly what I was wanting for the spare room. Directions could be better one screw didnt line up on the headboard. I doubt it would stand up long with regular use. I probably wouldnt recommend it for a child/teen. But for the guest room its perfect.

Definitely cant use a box spring with this one though as it just slides around and the metal bar sticks up a bit in the middle which doesnt help but isnt noticeable with just a regular mattress on top.
Worth any penny This bed is fantastic. It was easy to put together and has a lot of storage space underneath (you can use storage bins up to a foot high). It also looks great and is made with strong materials. Make sure to buy a split-corner bed skirt to hide the storage. A regular bedskirt wont work because of the footboard.
The frame is very solid, well built and easy to put together (with a caveat). The instructions use letters for the individual parts, i.e. A,B,C,etc. but the parts are numbered, not lettered. The joining points are all numbered and that makes it relatively easy to do the build. rather than depending on the lettering.
The quality of materials is high, but I will add that the boards are not real solid wood, they are particle board with a vinyl cover on them. It wasnt a deal breaker, but if youre expecting solid wood for durability, you wont get it.
Amazing product! Very sturdy and not sqeaky in the least. Easy to assemble. I would recommend this product to family and friends. You dont need a boxspring. All the parts were there and some extras. I dont have one complaint.
