unfortunately the cushion mount for the armrest and the massager broke but they sent me replacements and were very kind and professional. Very impressed.
Really good chair came quickly and in good condition only thing is the seat itself is not level so I lean to the left a little bit not to much to bother but enough to notice a difference other than that its 100% worth it
The chairs arms dont hold up they keep pushing out while resting arms. Also the seat keeps popping from the 4 bolts on the bottom of the seat you have to tighten them every week and the padding for the seat is horrible your butt goes numb after 30 min playing a game the wheels dont roll on hard wood floor half of them are stuck
I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who loves to game. Hes been using office chairs and I thought something that looked a little more "gamer" would be a nice touch to his set up. The chair arrived earlier than I expected which was nice. Upon opening it, I noticed that there was a slit in the chair back but I knew the chair came with a backrest so I thought the slit was purposeful... turns out it was just a slit (about 2 inches). Not a huge deal. The chair was easy to put together and was completed in less than 20 minutes. Right after putting it together, I noticed that where the bottom of the chair meets the back, there is an underlap that is not on the left side. (The two pieces do not meet properly) Its been 3 weeks now and I just noticed that the chair leans to the left. I think the leaning has to do with the chair bottom and back not meeting properly. We put this chair together exactly according to the instructions and I do believe this was a defective chair I received. Hoping for a refund or a new chair to be sent.

Description says it can support up to 300ibs but if you have a larger butt dont buy the sides that come up will dig into you
I guess you get what you pay for
I like it because it was easy to assemble. The instructions say 2 people are needed but I was the only. The support for my weight (200) is worth it. The gaming, Im not sure of but my roommate likes it. Just looking at tv or reading with the footrest extended is comfortable too.
The assembly process is not the best as there were some parts in excess and no where to put them and then there were some missing pieces. This had no real bearing on the stability of the chairs themselves.
Its a good seat but the armrests feel flimsy. Everything works as it should and for the price its a good chair. I just worry how long the armrests will last.

It takes less than 30 minutes to put together
I would recommend this chair because it also has a massaging lumbar back support.
