I just wana state that this chair was very easy to assemble! It came sooner then excepted, I ordered for my sons bday n it came almost a week sooner. Also we liked it so much i ordered one for my self LOL as well as my daughter and my youngest son want one as well so we have many Likee to order LOL... The pillow on the top had a bunch of dark black lines threw it I got it off with a wipe but yea Id rate it a 9/10 we love It!! So far sooo good

Still trying to find out where the 3 one is . The white ones foot rest rubs on the levers so you have to make she the are just right for it to close right. The red one came in a box labeled red but when I opened it it was blue! I little disappointed cause my son wanted red but settled with the blue cause it would be a pain to return....
The chair came damaged with a tear , emailed customer service for a replacement piece with pictures. Customer service Immediately contacted me telling me the replacement piece will be shipped straight away. I was worried that it would be a major issue but they providing great customer service. The gaming chair is very nice and comfortable thank you so much for your rapid response and great service.
The massage element works horribly, there isnt a ton of support for your bum and it wasnt super easy to assemble it took around 45minutes. The plus sides... it looks nice reclining and back support are nice, seems to be holding up nicely after a month and a half of use. My husband is 64” he thinks it would fit shorter people a little better.
Well worth the money and comfortable. Has a vibration setting for lower back. I am 59" and 170 lbs and can sit in this chair for a 10 hour day or more if need be. I received this chair fast, but the backrest was damaged in shipping. Support responded promptly with a replacement backrest, and kept me updated with emails. Im very happy with this purchase. A great value.
