Ordered a total of 3 chairs. They are very comfortable and look good. One chair was damaged during shipment. The seller promptly responded and send a new replacement part. Excellent product and fast, prompt, customer service.
Cool looking chair. Damaged on delivery, cut leather. After putting together the chair was off a little. One arm angled outward and had more space then the other. The back kept sliding down even after tightening 2 times. After one slip it hit the metal bars on the seat and cut the leather. Hard to take apart to send back. There was this one metal at the bass we just could not remove without breaking it. Hard seat, not real comfortable. I loved the way it looked thou.
The chair itself is good, The massage pillow is a USB powered vibrating egg in a pillow and it works great. The shipping practice is not so good, they make the label right away and claim FedEx is not picking it up. I rose a big stink over this and the next day suddenly my order was picked up... Like I said shady but the chair itself is good.
Not very satisfied with this chair. The T brace on the back that is the support from the base to the back of the chair is crooked. The location of where the holes were drilled out in the back of the chair are uneven which it makes the chair crooked and doesnt allow the reclining option to function correctly. I got two of these chairs, one red and the other blue. They are easy to assemble, and they are comfortable but the massage function in the tiny pillows are pretty cheap. The usb cord is not long enough. My son accidentally ripped his USB cord already. It could have worked much better with a real electric cord to plug into the wall. They clean easy and the material is comfortable. They are comfy, especially if you recline with the foot rest. But beware the footrest is really cheap to. Its like a pullout metal bar that flops the cushion up so you have to physically pull the metal bar forward to bring the foot rest out, the foot rest is not operated by a lever.
The chair is a fantastic choice for a desk chair for the purpose in functionality that you would think it serves! One con, being that Im 65 and 200 lbs, the armrests are super flimsy and give a sort of insecure feeling. Great design and comfortable positioning but, theyre made from some sort of hard plastic composite and secured by 1 screw on either side beneath the reclining hinge. Feels like its not very stable and might break easy at the hinge due to plastic base.
I use this chair to sit at my computer. I had to take the Lumbar pillow off because it made the seat of the chair to short. I left the neck pillow on because it fits into my neck perfectly. Could use a little more padding in the seat though. :) I feel the instructions could have been more clear. I did not have a foot rest or a vibrating Lumbar pillow with my chair. Are there different types of this chair?
It was hard to put together more just because there was a lot of pieces not that it was super confusing. It wouldve been a little easier with just a tiny bit more direction on the actual directions. I like that you can adjust their head and back rest. It would be nice if the massage wasnt as intense and you could change the intensity but it still is great. I work long hours at home and it works perfect for me
