Okay so it was super easy to assemble. It is firm but comfortable. It is my new coffee drinking chair. It is so wide that I can curl up in it. Can you get a super stuffed comfy Heavenly chair instead. Sure, with twice or more of the price, but this one is completely fine. I was very afraid with the comfort reviews. I am lower middle class though and this is comfort by my standards anyway.
It was a quick and fast assemble and delivery. One thing about the bottom cushion is its not reversible because there is a Velcro strip horizontally to keep the cushion stationery. I would have liked to be able to turn the cushion over from time to time. But if it slips while sitting in it that would have been more of a problem I think. I like the width of it too when sitting in it because theres room to lay your TV remote or book or whatever. You can also drape your leg over which I have done the right arm of chair. It is nice to have an ottoman with it. The weight of the chair and ottoman is not heavy so moving it is a breeze. The legs of both are stylish. The fabric and color grey is neat. And the newly bought couch from Ashley Signature even though it is brown color it matches with the chair because both have beads going along the front of arms of couch and chair. Color in beads are close. (Note: Not sure what the beads are actually called.) Even though it is a firm chair to sit in. It is comfortable. If you want to put a couch pillow the chair is high enough to support the couch pillow behind your neck. In other words you cant sit straight with her head to back without your head and neck tilting backward. Overall, I been sitting more on the chair with my legs up on the ottoman than I have with my recently couch I purchased not too long before I purchased the chair and ottoman. Thank you for this chair and ottoman and delivery by Fed Ex.
Its very light to where it can easily tip over. Not much cushion all around. My back starts to hurt when sitting too long. Its cute, but I wish I went out shopped instead. Paid too much for what its worth.
Super easy to assemble, looks beautiful, but I agree with others that it is very stiff. Great for additional seating in your living space, but Id pick something for comfortable if using daily.
Looks great. The seat is hard stuffed, but think will soften with time. Color is accurate. Came well packaged. Love the hidden storage underneath, perfect for a throw or pillow.
This chair didnt last a year!
The pros: its perfect for small living spaces. It has a nice design. It is hardwood and it moderately comfortable/ (listen for those reviews demanding goosedown comfort, buy a 2000 chair!)
The cons: its not biomechanically durable for long hours of sitting. Eventually, the front legs cave in.
I bought this as a reading chair, for hours of reading/ but it didnt hold up. Also, because the cushion only is upolstered on one side/ i couldnt flip to keep the seat fresh looking.
Its a nice chair for occasion accent use, but not a daily chair.

Perfect size for a smaller space
Very pleased with the size and style for my lake cottage.
Wouldnt recommend it.

Beautiful, but stiff

Just right.

Cute , ships fast but for a hobbit.
Very cute but incredibly low to the ground and the legs are not that easy to balance. Material also attracts and came with a few lent balls. No bueno.
Not quality enough for daily use.
