edit: 2 weeks later...
the chair is breaking in a bit and becoming a bit more comfortable, it does squeak a bit, but stays leaned back a bit better. it might have a tilt. upgraded my rating from 2 to 4 stars, I spent around 60 on this, still wish I had spent 90/100 on a bottom tier gaming chair instead.
pros/ the chair was cheap
cons/ cant sit cross legged due to the armrests, the chair also doesnt tilt back far enough to stay back, and you cant lock it back. armrests are fixed a bit low and uncomfortable.
will be buying a better chair, I advise to spend 30 more dollars and get a better one
The chair was pretty easy to assemble. She says it is more comfortable than her previous office chair and is happy with the back support. I read reviews of dozens of chairs and observed this one had better reviews (over several thousand reviews) than much higher priced chairs. So far I have to rate it five star!
I have a very small office/ studio space that I had been using a stool in. I really needed a comfy chair that I can fit it (Im 230lbs) that fit my tiny space and didnt break the bank. I wanted a white chair, but the more I look at it the more I like this cream chair. It is hallow in the back rest but once you sit in it you dont notice. This chair works good for me but doesnt fit my husband at all. Hes 57 and about 290lb. I would not recommend this chair if you are big, tall or plan to use it for extended periods of time every day. I use it to craft so it suits my purpose nicely! I gave it 4 stars because I know I have to handle it gently and I will end up stuffing the backrest.
Wanted an ergonomic support chair and figured I would try . The back of the chair contains everything (arms, wheels, riser, screws etc) except the seat base. The back was slightly damaged but not enough for me to return it. The instructions are 11 steps are not too difficult to follow using the provided allen ranch. I am worried because it is each to lift the top from the base since they are not connected but once I sat down, it was not as easy The seat however, feels quite firm. I believe it will not last long term and I will need a seat cushion for comfort. But overall, seems ok.
Aming chairs!! So easy to put together and sooooo comfortable! I cant believe how much cushion these have!!! And the sturdiness is awesome! Bought these for my kids for homeschooling they love them!!

My best buy to date
The chair is perfect. So glad we bought it. The price is right too. It feels like buttery leather.
Just ok but came damaged
