Love this thing. For the price its durable and comfy. I got it for my 9 year old but even my husband loves it. This thing works as an extra bed for when the little one wants to sleep in our room and as an ottoman. Definitely a lot bigger than I expected but very recommended.
I love the couch it was easy to assemble and looks good in my living room. I have no complaints about the product itself just the shipping company Ceva. This has nothing to do with the fact that it took forever I understand with the labor shortage that it was going to take a little longer than usual. The company requires a delivery appointment of which you had to be home for they were all from 12-4pm, which was also not a problem. I do not work from home and had to take a day off for my delivery appointment which was fine until my couch didn’t get delivered on the first 3 appointments I had made. I had to take three days off of work because this company couldnt get me my couch when they said they would. I don’t understand what the point of an appointment is if you are not going to arrive. Also there was no heads up that I wouldn’t be getting my delivery either. So I sat at my house all day for three days waiting on my couch for no reason. When the couch was finally delivered the man said he was an outside carrier who gets hired to do jobs for Ceva when they get really backed up (which is often) and he was a delightful man (unfortunately I don’t remember who he said he worked for). But anyways long story short the couch is great but the shipping company is not considerate of other peoples time.
It’s heavier than I expected but that means it’s good quality and sturdy. It’s comes in two pieces to make for easy transport. This is great for me since I move often and need a versatile piece and also for guests. The neutral color matches well with most my things. I have not slept overnight on it yet but it has been great for lounging. The material is a little scratchy, similar to linen.
This product is very well made and very convenient for small space.I’m in love with this piece! Wet easy to setup. Looks great in the room and the kids love it!
[Note: As far as I can tell this is the same model as the Diophoros ottoman-bed. I grabbed the branded one because it was cheaper.]
I needed a compact slumber slate, as the cool kids call it (Im a cool kid), and this fit into my cramped apartment.
Theres a Twin bed pad hidden in this thing, its a wider 37-inch instead of the dinky 30-inch found in the majority of other ottoman-beds. This is the main reason I chose this over the others.
No tools are needed, the thing is fully assembled and deploys smoothly with a few flips. Magnets keep the skirts neatly in place.
The padding is good enough to sit and lounge on but I recommend a mattress topper if youll be using it as your main bed. The metal frame is mega stiff and is especially uncomfortable where the cushions join. Thats what keeps it from getting top marks, because other than that this is about as good as you can expect an ottoman-bed to be.
And be sure someone is around to help you haul the 80 pound box up 6 flights of stairs aaarrggg
I really like this thing. It’s perfect for my office. I like a firm mattress so the comfort is just fine for me. It’s looks great in my office.
I have one complaint. There is a headrest built into the one of the sides of the “arms”. You elevate the headrest by lifting the pad and it clicks into place and locks. There is nothing in the manual that states how you bring the headrest back down. I eventually figured out you just keep lifting it all the way up. You hear a release click and the headrest goes all the way back down. Why do you not put this in you manual?

Great product. But a thing about documentation.
