After a year of use, the vibration turns off and on randomly while in use. We will turn it on and it sometimes turns itself off after just a few minutes (without the timer being set) and then it will turn back on randomly, repeatedly. The bed adjustment motors still operate just fine. The vibration strength has never been that strong, even on the highest setting.
The adjustable bed is great, its for my mother whom is 88 years Young and she loves it. She really enjoys the message future. Great product great price!
I bought two of these beds. Mine worked great about a year and a half, then the remote control went out. I complied with every request their warranty department made and three months later nothing. If they cant honor a cheap remote control they will not honor anything.
I love this bed and bought it as a set because it came with a 14 mattress that is so darn comfortable! The bed came complete with the exception of adding the legs to the base. Remote was already synced so that was an added bonus. Ive slept on a Temper/pedic mattress and although it was nice / I was way too warm. This unit came with a cooling mattress and Ive got to admit its much cooler to sleep on. Great value for the money. Ive had this for over a month and no complaints!
Needed this type of bed during a period limited mobility. Even after full recovery, I continued to use this bed because of the comfort. When I see the advertised prices of some of the big name adjustable beds, I am so glad I found this fairly inexpensive alternative.
