We bought in fall 2018. Its summer 2021 and both beds still work. Great to adjust for watching TV while sipping coffee, or when you have a stiff nose and want your head raised up. We love our beds!

Based on a previous purchase when due to circumstances I needed to purchased a second bed, I purchased it again. I especially like the adjustability of the height, position, wireless remote and massage.
I was skeptical and a bit worried based on some reviews about getting duds, but figured with Prime return policies Id take the chance for such a large savings over the brand names. In the lead up to back surgery I really needed a better bed, and as soon as I tried my parents massage setting on their adjustable bed I knew this would help me in many ways. I spent hours upon hours in multiple bed stores, laying in and contemplating dropping 5k+ and even financing a bed. After searching also for hours I decided to take a chance in this one, which looked incredibly similar to the store models and claimed the same features. To be clear, THIS IS AS GOOD OR BETTER THAN THE BIG RETAIL BRANDS IN THE STORES. It has all the best features, it works perfectly, the vibrating is as strong as any of the others I laid in, and its literally a fraction of the price. It also comes out for the box in one piece and takes very little time to set up, but you will need two strong people to carry it in place then flip it right side up after installing the legs. Overall, in every category I would give it more than 5 stars out of 5.
If anything goes wrong down the line Ill try to update this review. But so far I could not be any more pleased. If you are thinking about it and read this far, GO FOR IT!!!
My older parents purchased a king split in July 2019. About a month after they got here and was assembled, they started to complain about a few issues with the bed. Do you to living in a different city, and then the pandemic, I wasnt immediately available to come look at what the potential issues were. I was just able to safely see them for the first time in over a year and they mentioned that they were still not cry about the bed frames. Come to find out, it would seem that they were shipped two of the same sides which would leave me to believe that they were sent the twin XL‘s as opposed to a king split. This makes a pair of the USB ports unusable as it is buried in the middle. Theres also no option to bracket the two twin XL‘s together so in the middle of the night the beds will split apart as they move around in their sleep. So while I realize that its too late for a return or any type of fixing this situation, I would highly advise any future buyers to review what they bought as compared to what they received both as you take it out of the box and as you put it together.

Okay for price
Love it. I need to find replacement legs and support brackets. We moved and somehow they got lost in the move. HELP! Where do I order?
Good product
For the value. You get exactly waht youd expect. Everything was easy to assemble. Remote connected quick. Bed moves without issue. Im very satisfied.
