I bought this bed for my elderly mother who is very short and doesnt have enough core body strength to sit up in a regular bed. I am so impressed! This bed is the best price and the best product for my money. It comes with several options for base height. We were prepared to spend a lot of time assembling it and my husband said it was unbelievably easy and super simple. I ordered an 8 mattress from a competitor warehouse store to use with this base. Buy it!
I have used my new adjustable queen bed for two months now and I am very happy with it. I used my existing 10 thick memory foam mattress that is less than a year old, and threw away my old box spring and frame. The wireless remote control works perfectly, easy to adjust for desired comfort. I have to sleep on my back due to a shoulder injury and I sleep with with the back raised about 30/degrees, I love being able to adjust the back angle for maximum comfort. Very easy, two person assembly in about 30/minutes. The wireless remote control worked right away, just follow the instructions for setup. Highly recommended!
We have wanted an adjustable bed for some time, and this one was priced so that we could afford it. We were afraid that it might be cheaply made and noisy, but that is not the case at all. It is well built, and very quiet.
Got the bed 2.5 years ago and it has been great. Adjustments work well, the USB ports are handy, remote is direct, and it was easy to assemble. The only issue occurred recently when the adjustments stopped working, I called the customer service number and had the bed fixed in minutes. The remote needed to be synched with the bed after changing the batteries. The customer service rep Gayle was friendly and helpful. It was such an easy process Im writing this review.
The bed frame is as advertised. I liked the fact that the legs can be installed at different heights. I like being able to sit on the edge of the bed while my feet are on the ground.
I find my kids on the bed with the messaging feature on watching TV. It just makes things a tad gig more enjoyable.
