This fit this small hall perfectly. If you dont want to spend an arm and a leg at Crate and Barrel, this could be a good substitute. The price cant be beat. I did update the drawer knobs to give it a cleaner look. Its a great deal for the money
The parts for the drawers came in doubles so I couldnt assemble it properly. I had to flip the sides J and what should have been K I presume upside down and drill my own holes for a make shift drawer. And the middle one doesnt open probably because of it. To difficult to put together to take apart and send back. Otherwise I really like the look of the table its nice for the money. Just wish it came with the right parts. It was a little difficult to put together. Needs improvement in quality.

My biggest gripe is it closer to 39 inches then 40, I have a space thats exactly 40 and was hopping for it to fit perfectly and its just a little small now. Overall you got what you paid for.

Ive been searching for something like this to fit under my window in my tiny dining room. It fits perfectly where I wanted I couldnt be happier! Lots of space on the lower shelves for board games and puzzles. Im not super impressed with the drawers, they work but you have to be careful not to let it drop when pulled all the way out. Not a big deal to me though. They are a good size though and are perfect for holding extra table clothes/placemats. Assembly wasnt bad, but quite a few of the pre drilled holes were too small and I was having a hard time not splitting the boards inserting the pegs/screws. Over all Im very happy with it! great for guests
