    Nice bed

My daughter is 143 lbs but she has no problem climbing up and sleeping. It it wobbly when climbing up and tossing but it held up well. Once you get used to that wobbliness, it doesnt bother much. I just wish that the ladder is a bit wider. It is located all the way to the edge and narrow so it is not easy to climb up if it is next to the wall. study and arrived as pictured!

    Great for small spaces

Shakes a lot when going up or moving around the bed. Pretty sturdy otherwise. Its great for utilizing small spaces. Took me and hubby about 3 hours to assemble, definitely need 2 or more people assembling, instructions are easy to follow. Hubby and I both sleep on the bed, and its been good so far! Great Buy

A little wobbly but great study area

I literally live under this bed. I dont sleep in it as much because its in the guest room/study, but whenever we have a spat (my boyfriend and I), we have to beat the other to this bed. So thats saying a lot. My only worry is that its super shaky to get into and whether or not disassembly will be easy. We have curved stairs and can barely fit a full size box spring upstairs without forcing it through a window. Very pleased with this purchase

    Just right

Wobbles a bit but seems pretty sturdy. Installation would be really easy for 2 people but a little hard for 1. Might bolt to the wall to keep wobble down! Very happy with product

    Good basic loft

Serves its purpose well as a loft and as a study space. It took two people a little over two hours to assemble, you definitely need two sets of hands for the job if you dont want the big parts to get unweildy, three people would make the process really hum along. Make sure to leave the screws only partially tightened until all the parts are in place, otherwise youll have a difficult time getting the last few parts to fit. Its about par for the course as far as metal bunks/lofts go, it doesnt creak at all, and its certainly not unstable, but it definitely shakes a bit as you climb the ladder. Side to side movement isnt too bad (i.e. if youre rolling over or coming up the side ladder), back and forth movement is more noticeable (i.e. if youre coming up the end ladder). Wooden lofts are sturdier and have a higher weight capacity, but theyre much more pricey. This loft is perfect for the price range. The flat ladder slats are nicer than rounded steps, but they can still be uncomfortable with bare feet and slippery with socks on. I do wish the guardrails were a little higher so you could fit a 10 mattress and have more than a stubby 2 of rail. The desk space is functional, the corkboard/backed bulletin board is also a nice feature. I can fit a monitor and compact keyboard on there comfortably. Overall theres not a better loft at this price. I am very pleased so far

    Reliable

Long and heavy box, a little difficult getting up and down with ladder, shakes a little but firm. Does what you want it to do and gives you the room you want. Just follow the instructions and youll be fine!!

Great way to add usable floor space to a kids bedroom while providing a work area too!

I originally purchased 3 in 1 furniture for my kids as babies and 10 years later they have gotten to the point that they need enough space in their standard size 120 square foot room for a full size bed, dresser, bookshelf, and desk. I was considering building a custom loft to fit a full size bed (thats the final bed size for the 3 in 1 furniture), but once I saw this design I knew that there was no way that I could build a custom unit with a built in shelf/desk for less than I could purchase this. The instructions are the easiest to follow that I have come across with these assembly required kits and everything was easy to identify and well packaged in one 150 lb. box. Assembly time for one individual takes about 3 hours from opening the box to putting the mattress on the loft. If you have a ceiling light/fan in the room where you are placing the loft, be aware of clearance issues with the light/fan and loft occupants when it is placed in its final location since this will only be 2 from the ceiling on a standard 8 wall height. We love it
