I am 390 pounds and so far the bed is holding up beyond my expectations. The only Reason I took a star off is because the mattress does slide around but im sure once I purchase mattress stoppers it will be fine.
Well I wanted to wait a while before I reviewed this. This bed is very pretty and solid. I put it together on my own in maybe 30-45 minutes. I had no trouble at all as some of the other reviews said. I weight about 160 and have definitely put some force into it and it’s still fine. No cracks or anything. I believe I have a 10 inch mattress by the way.
Seemed like a decent frame from the money - I couldnt have been more wrong. The screws are easily stripped and some wouldnt even go in all the way - WHAT? We are handy people and have built many things. You WILL have trouble with this frame and regret buying it.
We have already come to terms that if we ever move, this will be the only thing we throw out. Will never buy from again.
I had an old adjustable bedframe that was heavy and impossible to move. I wanted something light and easy to put together. After a lot of researching, I decided on this (model E with extra middle support legs) because of the limited space between each slat. I have a hybrid foam/coil mattress and this keeps it from sagging. It was incredibly easy and fast to put together. It is not impossible for one person to do it with something to prop the opposite sides on while tightening. It comes with a nice wrench that makes putting it together super easy. Ive had no squeaks or slats bending (and I roll and move a lot in my sleep). This is not poor quality at all if it being made in China is a concern. I did have an issue with stubbing my toes since the legs are straight down from the frame and my old ones were underneath by a few inches. I ended up buying a black 1 inch foam pipe insulator tube from Home Depot and cut it to fit around the legs while I get used to it. A pool noodle would work also. Sounds ridiculous, but it has saved my toes getting used to the new position of the legs. Despite that, I would recommend this.
Went together fairly easily. Clear instructions. Extra tools.
The manufacturer says the weight limit is 500 pounds for the twin. My 220 pound son climbed in the bed and it wiggled. Hmmm.... This is the first metal bed weve owned. Maybe thats normal, I dont know.
On the plus side, no squeaking.
The instructions dont say this, but Ill be checking the frame every few months to see if it needs tightening.
Update: even using the adhesive strips on the slats, the mattress slid a little bit. I put a yoga mat between the slats and the mattress. Seems to have solved the problem.

Easy assembly. Very sturdy for the 2 of us weighing around 400 lbs. Nice looking. Will include a photo when I get my new bedding!

Fantastic, but watch your toes at first.
