Noticed some damage as soon as we started to assemble the bed. The box had no damage to it, so the damage must’ve occurred in the warehouse or manufacturer. Tried to reach out to customer support. is sending me to (one working phone number and one defunct web address) and is saying they can’t help me because it came from . My only option is to return it, I guess. But since the multiple boxes and packages it came in have already been opened….. how?

We love the frame. The tapered corners are great as it is a lower frame and we have a bit of tight space around it. My partner mostly put it together and it was a bit of a pain but doable. There was one metal piece to go at the joints that didn’t have existing holes for… so we didn’t drill it in. Not sure if this was a defect on our frame but it doesn’t seem to make a different for sturdiness for us.
Only con so far is the space between the wall. It looks like we will need a headboard to keep pillows in place. Overall a good buy.
This is a high quality wood bed frame. Very happy with the look of it and it is very solid. I got the queen size when it was at an affordable price. I think I paid around $350 but this frame is often over $800 seen elsewhere.
I bough this bed and assembled it myself. I’m a 61 yr old female. It was packed well, good inventory sheet, all parts numbered well. I just took my time and followed the really clear instructions. It went together easily. All I used was the Allen wrench provided. It’s beautiful and sturdy and I’m really happy with this purchase. If your thinking about it then get it. Several other reviews said there was damage to the wood. Mine didn’t have a scratch. Thank you and the employees who put this package together for me.
This is a great product and mostly well designed, but when we put the slats in, no matter how much we tried the side rails bowed out about a half inch in the middle. We used a strap to pull it together. I contacted - the manufacturer and instead of offering to help, the threatened me with a voided warranty if we continued to use the frame. They felt the frame was defective, but it is a design flaw. There is not enough cross support in the middle. Only suggestion was to return it. Thanks for the help!

Great looking frame and headboard. Unfortunately the the fabric came torn.
Damaged headboard but otherwise solid wood construction
Headboard came dented and chipped like the other reviewer stated. No smell. Quality construction and I like the Velcro system with the wood slots.
