One of the legs was broken inside the packaging. Their customer service was great and sent a new one within a week. The lid does slid off easier than Id like but overall we are pleased with this ottoman.
Its the perfect size for an apartment or small space. Its cute, looks aming and has storage! Its a bit wobbly, but not sure if its because its currently empty. My 9 lb dog sent it flying when tried to jump off it.
