Love my new chair, I ordered the dark gray and love the color. It was easy to put together, although I did have a little trouble getting the wheels to go in the slots all the way. The only thing I have negative to say is there is not much lumbar support and I could use the chair to go lower than it does. Other than that I am absolutely thrilled with this chair. I would highly recommend this chair.
So much nicer looking than a traditional office chair. This was fairly easy to assemble, one screw hole not quite right, but manageable, and I was pleased to find that the caster connections on this are metal, not cheap plastic that are going to snap off at any given moment. My biggest complaint is that it sometimes makes a noise that reminds me of velcro pulling apart when youve sat all the way back in the seat... A fastener inside the cushion perhaps?
Chair is beautiful. But when it arrived it stunk like chemicals. Had to wipe down with vinegar several times and leave outdoors until smell gone. But now, competent pot with the chair.
This is chair is just what I was hoping it would be. It came without the wheels, I contacted the seller and they shipped them out pronto. Response time was extremely quick. This chair was very easy to assemble and is very comfortable. Wish it was a tad bigger, but love it anyway.
I was leery of buying this chair due to some of the reviews, but it was the right price and the right color and fabric. I am so glad I did. The fabric is wonderfully soft and has held up well for three months so far. The chair is very attractive in a mixed use space.
The chair is on the harder side on the bottom cushion. I like it but my husband hates it - so be sure you like a firm cushion if you buy this chair. Additionally the back leans back a little - I find this makes me sit straighter and lean back away from my keyboard so I am almost forced into sitting correctly - its been great for my carpals tunnel and my neck as I dont have to keep remembering to sit back and straight - the chair makes me do it to be comfortable.
No issues so far with the height changing by itself. It adjusts well and stays where it is put.
I liked the look of this chair (twill; light gray) but was worried after reading some reviews about parts that didnt fit well. I was very pleased to find out that as long as I followed the directions, all parts fit perfectly (some pushing was required, as mentioned in the directions)! Additionally, it came with a few spare screws just in case! The cushion is thick with just enough give to be comfortable, but firm enough to still provide support. I can now work from home pain free. I highly recommend!

really attractive...but not much cushion
Love the way the chair looks, but after sitting for a few hours, the seat loses a bit of cushioning.
Firm, comfortable, attractive, chair

Classy Comfortable
