The screen got ripped over the winter.
They offer no replacement parts.
On a 2700 canopy they offered 10 off to purchase a new one.
Beware if something breaks.
First off, I love the product. The ceiling fan hook is a very nice feature. Having read others reviews, I was expecting the assembly to be a large job. I consider myself very handy, and had my father to assist me. We had the entire frame assembled in about 3 hours which seemed great Then came the roof panels. The lower panels are very large, and wobbly. It was difficult to control both sides of the panels at the same time, but with patience, we were able to get them in place. The instructions on how to slip in the upper panels are a joke. You have to lean all the way over the lower panels to even begin placing the uppers. Then wiggle and force them until the finally pop into place. I am 64 and with a ladder, placing the upper panels was at my limits. 16 roof panels, at 15/20 minutes each to get them seated and aligned. Installing all the roof panels took close to 5 hours. I have only had it up a few weeks, but so far no leaks, and no complaints. Looks great, and weve gotten many compliments. Just know what youre getting yourself into if you plan to assemble it yourself
As the title says it is not for the faint of heart to assemble. But now that I have it up. I love it. Great value for the money and I feel it will hold up a long time versus the others with a canopy top made of cloth. Be sure to clear your day when putting together as it will take you all day. The instructions say minimum 3 people. I would say atleast 2 but with some enginuity I was able to put it up alone.
JUST PURCHASED THIS MARCH 2022. Gazebo STURDY, nice design, except the installation was hard and the instructions were terrible. it took us 3 men and 12 hours to put it up. Also now its dripping. I have contacted the seller and waiting for resolution. Update: the seller says this is normal for areas with a lot of rain. this is not acceptable I live in Washington state. It should of been in the product description. I wouldnt of gone with it in this case. Im getting a puddle inside. Otherwise it is a good product. Update 6/2/22 The Gazebo has been up a little over a month and still have issues now it leaking from. the top inside the Gazebo. pretty frustrated. We have followed the instructions to a T and the unit is level but still has issues. Not sure how to handle it. contacted seller again. The water that is dripping has discolored the newly poured concrete and have rust on concrete now. totally not happy after spending 3500. Will keep you posted. 6/11/22. Opened up the gutter caps and found a whole bunch of pollen and leaves inside the gutter line causing the gutters to clog and accumulate water causing it to drip from the joints and screws. contacted The company and they said to seal the joints shouldnt have to do that they shouldnt leak causing rust in my Gazebo and the new concrete that I just installed and had sealed still rusting
Thought this would be weak, but it is pretty sturdy. Had some strong winds soon after installing it and it did not budge. Everybody who has seen it, likes it. Even the neighbors complimented it. Better priced as well from all the other Gazebos out there. And this is the steel roof. Great shade.
12x16 took us (3 of us) about 9 hours . 6 boxes from about 50 lbs to 125 lbs each delivered arrived in about 10 days time. Fedex ground delivery in good condition. Finished product looks great . No problems with the setup, some things were a bit fiddly but we got it. The only concerns would be rain drainage, which goes into the legs if debre get in there , clogs up the bottom and freezes in the winter time
I purchased 2 of the 12 x 16 Gazebos. I was forced to go this route due to local building permits no allowing me to build what I really wanted. These did not require permits. These have a rain gutter all the way around them and I have build them next to each other so we now have 24 x 16 under cover. Before ordering I read many of the reviews. Some bad and many good. The directions state 3 people to build. I pretty much did everything by myself. My wife helped me put the frame together in about 15 minutes and I finished the rest on my own. I did need her to help me tighten 8 roof panel bolts that my arms could not reach on both sides of the panel. I did have a little damage from the shipping but nothing major. A few minutes to straighten the items and all was good. I found building these were much easier then some of the kids toys I built years ago. The directions are good and the pictures are accurate. All the screw holes lined up and I had no issues on either Gazebo. I now think I am going to raise these up 2 feet in height. They look great and I am happy with them. The first one took me about 12 hours to build alone. The 2nd one a friend just happened to stop by and wanted to help so we finished it in about 8 hours.
Due to illness never got to enjoy the Gabzebo. Curtains were never open. Extremely upset 4 mths. later after my husband remove curtains they wete were faded. I intend to contact seller to send new curtains. Like I mentioned curtains were kept tied back. Real puzzle.

Very nice, well worth the money. You will need help.
Theres really nothing I dislike about it.
Not for faint of heart to pit together.
