Sturdy product but I purchased it to use both rows and as someone who wears a mens XL the cart isnt tall enough for two rows of hanging clothes unless theyre falling over/overlapping each other.
This was the best alternative for my walk/in closet when all other built/ins were astronomically out of my price range. Works great and fits perfectly.
It turns out I already had some modular shelves that you build exactly the same way, with the plastic pieces you position according to where you want the shelves to go. Its simple. Its robust.
The wheels are about 4 inches in diameter and very robust. Just what I wanted.
I bought this for a hanging garden that I could put in front of my sliding glass doors to catch the sun, but to easily roll aside if I wanted to use the door. For MY application, you could make the thing twice as long and a foot or more taller than its 6/foot height.
But by the time I have this one populated, I can just buy another and REALLY FILL that space. I use the cheapest plant nursery pots and fashion my own hangers from jute. The final effect is very nice, because the black pots are uniform and the plants make it look very chique.
For the advertised application, its very sturdy and rolls like it should. Very rugged. I dont get the complaint I read about there not being enough height to accommodate tall shirts. That middle pole is totally optional and you can put it at any height you wish.
Frustrating to assemble and then, I could only use both hanging poles for children sized garments. I had wanted to be able to hang my tops, tunics lacy blouses on both poles but had to re/do the whole thing use only 1 pole to hang my best tops on. I do like the extra arms and being able to put some boleros hats on the top shelf. Make sure you know where you want the extra arms to go in relation to whats being hung or they just get in the way. Then youll have to take it apart, place them again reassemble. I dont trust 2 small pieces of plastic on each pole to hold much weight either.

Not tall enough for two rows

Best Alternative!

Simple, robust design. Not the cheesy little casters you see on some of these garment racks.
