Love the look, easy to assemble, BUT leveling it is a challenge. 2 out of 4 still have a rock to them. After the first one, I was able to assemble the rest in under 5 minutes each. No joke! Would give them 5 stars if I could get them all leveled
So easy to install, my lady had them together when I got home from work. They look great, and are very comfortable. Also good stools for playing guitar. Very good quality materials and hardware.
Bought 2 of these after assembling them realize one chair has white legs and the other one has brown. Not sure how to let company know there is a problem between the two.
Update: excellent customer service they are replacing my chair ASAP. So changed my review to 5 stars
These stools are super cute and are at a great price point. We bought them in both counter and bar height. Our only gripe is that (we have 2) when you sit on one of them it spins well, when you sit on the other one it takes a lot of effort to spin. That's annoying. No one wants the stool that doesn't spin, when you pay for a spinning feature.
So, I bought this chair as like new.. I have 3 other chairs still to arrive. It is beautiful. And seems sturdy and comfortable. However rating 4 stars instead of 5 because the chair does have some cosmetic damages on the back of the chair. Yes, I do realize like new status but it was described as having only a damaged box. I chose only like new chairs that described only having a damaged box. I did not choose like new chairs that sited cosmetic damages. Disappointed about that and hoping other chairs do not have any cosmetic damage. Not cool at all.
Okay, now I ve received the other 3 chairs and unfortunately they also have cosmetic damage on the same area as the first. Highly disappointing! So, that's 4 chairs described as Like New (damage box only) with cosmetic damage. They being return ed as I write this and won't be purchasing anything Like New from warehouse until they can show better signs of quality control. My rating has changed to 2 stars until further notice. I'm making one more attempt to purchase these barstools but this time buying New .

I am now updating this reviews of 12/12/19. I did repurchase these chairs brand new. What I have discovered by doing so is that the markings I complained about previously were there purposely. This is a part of the look. In other words they are supposed to be distressed. I still think they are beautiful, comfortable, and sturdy barstools. However, I do feel that the description must change to reflect that they have a distressed look. We the customer cannot see that from the photographs. Therefore not understanding what we are getting. With all the hassle I will change my rating to 4 star.

One of Them Won't Spin
