I love these stools! I bought 5 for our bar and they are very comfortable. My husband has a bad back and these provide excellent support so he can sit comfortably. No troubles with putting them together. They are very sturdy
You cant go wrong with these chairs. Perfectly designed for everyday use and sturdy. The seat cushion is adequate and provides comfy seating. Installation took about 15min each. Only tighten the screws after all the screws are in. Otherwise the foot rest will not linger up correctly.
Pros:
- Sturdy design.
- Relatively easy to assemble.
- Satisfactory instructions but could be improved.
Cons:
- Finish color not as expected; ordered light brown which appeared a semi-gloss on website; received finish was a flat greyish brown.
- Some finish flaws but not major
- About 10% of screw inserts had material within which may cause issues (see Tips)
Tips:
- Make sure screw insert threads are clear by inserting a separate ?-20 bolt (not provided) to verify.
- Placing the seat upside down on a coffee table or study tray table (~24 works well) for assembly.
- Place the foot ring over the seat before attaching the legs; it will make it easier for you later.
- Assembly may be done by one person but will need help via a clamp, tape, or another person to help start the first screw for the foot ring.
- As per the instructions, do not tighten the leg and foot ring screws until all have been started; then tighten the legs first then the foot ring screws next. Do not over tighten screws!
- Last, set the stool upright and attach the back rest.

Beautiful, sturdy, swivel bar stools. Goes great in our lake house game room. Great purchase!
