Excellent customer service! I emailed the seller at 1:00 am with a question regarding a scratch and had a positive response within just a few minutes! If only all customer service could be this amazing! Chairs are sturdy, easy to assemble, and perfect for our bar. Quality is great!
Update: a new seat was sent immediately to replace the scratched seat. Great customer service!
This stool is durable and will last a long time but it is so uncomfortable. Do not buy it for a space that you sit often or for long. The seat part is to small. They look nice though. Also the directions were mislabeled for the different screws that came with it. Not hard to figure out but annoying.
Wife bought these, put them together with no assistance. Easy to clean, very pleasing to sit and look at, and they fit perfectly under our bar thats 36 high.

I purchased the black and wood set and it is so classy looking! Very easy to assemble. Easy directions and you only have to attach the seat and back to the stool. Came very quickly! I have to say they were better than expected and gorgeous in my dining room!

So uncomfortable
