This chair literally was easy to put together as 1 2 3. No tools needed. Seat is firm which I like because its not too soft or hard and seems like it will last long. I initially want two but wasnt sure if my space was big enough. I love as the new addition to my living room. I still may order another one. Oh and the shipping was faster than expected.
This sofa turned out great. I was a little concerned about the firmness, since we have another sofa with an extremely firm cushion and its uncomfortable. This one is a little bit softer, so its still pleasant to sit on. Plus the genuine leather helps give it a really warm, supple feel. The photos on the listing are very accurate. The cognac leather is not super light, nor is it super saturated as some pictures show. Just right!
This sofa is so pretty. Its not velvet but a cheaper version. In my light, its more vibrant than in the photo. Its a comfortable height from the floor and also very comfortable to sit in. Rating it 4 stars because the frame seems to be pretty low quality it arrived with a wooden support splintered in half but it wasnt noticeable until I opened the bottom to find the legs. Once I noticed that was broken I looked more closely and found a second area where the frame was damaged. For these reasons, I had to return it but so far that has been very easy. They are scheduled to retrieve it in just a few days.

**I need to also give some love.. The couch came with a little scratch on the cushion and was MORE than accommodating to make it right. Probably the most professional customer service I ever dealt with !

Arrived missing this piece. I also took a picture of my 5 year old sitting in it because its very small. Might work for someone strictly as an accent piece, but not good enough quality for an every day living room chair IMO.
Update: Although mine came damaged and I do feel is was fairly cheap, the seller took them back willingly and tried to be helpful. I bumped from one to three stars.
Bought this chair for teens bedroom. Color was as shown in pics. Size was perfect for her room. It is a firm sit but not uncomfortable. Daughter loves it as well as I do.
This chair is the exact color i needed, same color as sea glass. It took a whole 5 minutes to assemble and is a nice firm chair. It is a good height and i will probably get another since i like it so much
