I am really impressed with the quality considering the price I got it because others said the same thing in their reviews. It took a little over an hour to put together, all parts were accounted for, and instructions were pretty simple. It is really sturdy and it looks great. Id take a pic, but my papers and books have already commandeered the space. I highly recommend this desk!!

Great desk for someone needing lots of work space. This is a large desk, as we needed for multiple monitors and such. Very sturdy. I didnt hear my husband cussing or throwing things, so Id say it was easy assembly. The color is a little orange for my style, but not worth being picky over. Would recommend.
Really sturdy desk; however, its a NIGHTMARE to assemble. I love putting things together and Im the one friends call for assembly but this was awful to assemble. Some parts did not fit well and the instructions were not always clear. I spent 4 hours putting this together alone. It can be done by yourself but I would recommend two people. Its impossible to see if the screws align with the holes at times. One side lines up perfectly with the middle but the other side doesnt, causing one side to nor be aligned. It says make sure there is no space between the middle and side before you tighten the screws but there was no way to close the space. I even took that part apart and did it over and it was the same issue. Also be careful. When you first add the wood, you are using a different size screw. The instructions did not emphasize this and I grabbed the wrong screws. One turn too tight and you are bursting through the wood. The good thing is its hard to see the damage and loosening the screw mostly flattens it back out. All in all it looks great (except this vintage color wood isnt aming).
Pro: Price. Sturdiness. Size. Appearance.
Cons: Hard to put together. Pieces dont fit perfectly. Easy to damage the wood.
Its a pretty desk thats nice and spacious. I purchased this for my office space (that is still under construction as you can see in the pics). Its the size I want and gives me the space I need. So, Im happy with that aspect of the desk.
My only gripe is that this is CLEARLY not gold tone. Its more of a mustard yellow with a hint of olive green (because of the black showing through in the areas that the paint wasnt applied thoroughly). I attached pics with a comparison to a gold tone. This is nothing that a little spray paint cant fix So, I wont return it for that, but I did knock off a star because of the misrepresentation of the color (because its still an added hassle to do extra work to get the desk I was expecting). Luckily, this desk is inexpensive. So, its not a total bummer. Its the risk you take with ordering online *shrug*
It was straight/forward to assemble. I did it alone late at night while I ran a load through the washer and it was fully assembled before it was time to move the load to the dryer. The only difficulty stemmed from the fact that the instructions EXPLICITLY state NOT to tighten to screws until it says so in the instructions. So, for most of the assembly, the desk was flimsy and a little tougher to work with as a result. It would be easier to assemble with two people, but its not impossible to do alone. You just need some wall space to lean half the desk against while its too flimsy to stand on its own securely. Once you add the center piece and second half, it holds up well enough to be off the wall or floor. I was able to achieve no gap on the desktop, but the pieces did not align perfectly on the edges. Its not a big deal. Its also not noticeable unless you are explicitly looking for it. Pics attached to show this.
Desk shipped timely, seller reached out to make sure we had a PDF of the manual prior to receiving desk with special instructions. Desk went together easily with extra parts included. Its exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price!
