Unfortunately I bought in June for when we moved in this month and didnt open it untill now the fabric looks worn , the back of the couch dips in theres a broken piece of wood back there I guess
Not worth 800 very disappointed, now we are stuck with a broken used looking couch and still owe in it
So happy with the ease of delivery and minimal assembly required! I love that has an easy return policy that I wont even need to use. This sectional is very comfortable, great for napping, and fits well into smaller spaces. I really love it!!
The good: 5min to assemble, looks nice, has center support, is comfortable, seats 3/4 in a smaller but not too small space.
The bad: the center support could be better, cushions are slightly ill/fitted so the side with the ottoman seems higher the ln the rest, the ottoman isnt the right size compared to the couch and cushion to line up completely so theres a slight gap, no lock to hold the ottoman in place.
My wife and I have ordered numerous home décor and furniture items from s brand. We have been satisfied with the overall quality of these items (leather chair, lamps, rugs, etc.). Unfortunately, this sofa did not hold up to the standard of quality weve come to expect from . The item is visually appealing and is an attractive piece in our room but the fabric was not durable and began wearing, pilling, and drooping after a few short weeks. We flipped cushions and experienced the same poor wear on the other side as well. The backs and arms hold up just fine but the seat cushions are not durable for daily use. The down fill is comfortable and the item would be great if the quality of material was better.
Fortunately, stood by their product and was able to offer a refund so we could purchase a different sofa for our space.
Couch is great to fit in small spaces, cushions can be swapped around. Arrived with a cut in the packaging and a cut in the fabric on the back of the couch. Packaging needs to be better protected for freight shipping.
I ordered the section in denim color. The box that arrived looked destroyed but I had no issues with the fabric as it was well/packed. Very easy to assemble (just get the feet from underneath and screw them in). As you can see, it is not perfect: the frame is distorted and some feet were a little scratched. So for the price it was disappointing hence the 4 stars. But it is very comfy and the size is perfect for my appartement! Ive had it for about a month now and I would say its softer already so Ill see how it turns out to be in a few more months. I dont regret my purchase.
NB: the denim color looks different depending on the light. I have very large windows facing east and north.
This couch is perfect for my artist Loft although I must say the color is extremely lighter than the picture but it makes my space unique I was a little upset when I opened the box but when I put it all together it worked

Looks good but not comfy.
Couch looks great in my upstairs loft. Just isnt that comfy. Fine for sitting or entertaining but not taking naps.

Great but some defects

Delivery was not good
I thought this was an inside delivery where they would assemble and place inside. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX.
