I'm genuinely impressed with the build quality of this trampoline. The 1.6mm thickened high-end curved poles not only provide stability but also showcase the durability of the materials used. Even after weeks of constant use, it shows no signs of wear and tear. The investment in quality construction is evident, making this trampoline a long-lasting addition to our family's outdoor activities.
What started as a birthday gift for my son has transcended into a perpetual celebration of joy. This trampoline is the gift that keeps giving, turning ordinary days into extraordinary moments. Its presence has become a constant source of delight, reminding us to celebrate the simple joys of life every time we step onto its resilient and inviting surface.
The design elements, particularly the touted 1.6mm thickened high-end curved poles, appear to be more of a cosmetic feature than one contributing to the trampoline's functionality. Despite its impressive size, the bounce is lackluster, and my kids find it challenging to enjoy their time on it. I hoped for a design that would enhance the play experience, but it seems to be more focused on aesthetics than performance.
Despite its substantial 16ft size, my kids are having a hard time finding joy in this trampoline. The lack of bounce and overall playability make it less engaging for them, leading to a sense of disappointment. It's disheartening to witness their excitement turn into disinterest due to the trampoline's performance falling short of expectations.
I have had this trampoline for about a year and a half. I live in a windy area and have had the wind stakes installed from day one and they’ve done a good job of keeping the trampoline secure. The top of the enclosure comes out of the poles all of the time when there’s the least amount of wind and I’ve spent a lot of time fixing it from the beginning. Annoying, but manageable. The safety pad and enclosure net are also showing significant wear, but those things are easily replaced so not as bothersome either. However, I was compelled to write this review because my son reported to me that the trampoline was broken and I thought it was just the enclosure again. Went outside and the frame of the trampoline is completely bent and has pulled away from the base. I only have one 6yo child who lives with me just 60% of the time so usage is somewhat low. I’ve jumped on trampolines that are 20 years old in good shape so it blew my mind that this one went kaput after only 18 months of low usage.
Seeing the disappointment on my children's faces when they realized the trampoline doesn't live up to its promises was heart-wrenching. As a parent, it's disheartening to invest in something that fails to bring the joy and excitement it initially seemed to promise.
The warranty terms provided for this trampoline are unsatisfactory. Considering the issues I've encountered, I expected better coverage and support from the manufacturer. The current warranty leaves me feeling unprotected and hesitant about the longevity of this purchase.
I am genuinely disappointed with the quality of this trampoline, especially considering its boasted 1100lbs weight capacity. The materials used seem subpar, and the overall construction doesn't inspire confidence in its durability. I expected a robust build to ensure my kids' safety, but unfortunately, the reality falls short of my expectations.
The inclusion of a balance bar was one of the reasons I opted for this trampoline, hoping it would add an extra layer of safety and stability. Unfortunately, it doesn't live up to these expectations. The balance bar feels flimsy, and its impact on stability is questionable, leaving me questioning the value of this advertised feature.
Dealing with customer service has been an exercise in frustration. Despite expressing my concerns, the lack of responsiveness and apparent disinterest in addressing the issues only add to the overall disappointment with this purchase.
