Horrible fabric material Ottoman can with lint balls and next day after assembling got even worse! Tried contacting customer service and told me to carry this heavy box back to UPS during this COVID19 pandemic for refund; therefore i proceeded to contact the manufacturer and told me to contact instead. Buy it at your own risk! So disappointed, feel like i just wasted my money!
The ottoman is exactly what I was hoping for and is very pretty but it arrived damaged. There was a large hole in end of box that someone looks to have tried to cover up. Unfortunately, theres also a large hole in the exact spot through the fabric of the actual ottoman. Trying to figure out what to do but site directs you to but they say they dont handle so not sure what to do. Would be a great purchase if it didnt have a gaping hole on the end. Im extremely disappointed!!
I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this storage bench is and the seat is very soft, no break/in time needed like most new seats. It arrived in perfect condition and only took 5 minutes to attach the legs. Its very sturdy and wide enough for all 3 grandkids to sit on it at the same time. The green color is absolutely gorgeous. The storage capacity is plenty enough to store 3 throws, and 2 bed pillows with room to spare. I am very pleased with my purchase. The hinge works great, keeping the top open so it doesnt slam shut on little fingers. A great buy!
Very nice looking and feeling. Padding on top is great but seems like it wont hold much weight. Inside is a flimsy material over seemingly hollow sides. Not sure how well this will hold up in our quest to keep the toy chaos of a two year old at bay.
This is a great product! The distressed white is closer to a light grey but still worked for the space that it is being placed in, its very sturdy and looks great!

Very Comfortable seating along with ample storage
