I waited about a month to get the futon/couch, understandable due to Covid, I was going to cancel it by recommendation of that evening and assume it was lost in the shuffle. Magically it appeared at my door that afternoon. I was super excited for it to finally arrive. It is a sleeper for when my two grand daughters come to visit. I needed help to haul it in so a family member came over, to haul and help put it together. Well it turns out the holes were not drilled in the wrong spots to put the one arm on, called the manufacturer who said to call .
As usual made me an offer I could keep the futon for a discount or re box it and send back, that of course is nearly impossible given the size. But all is well that ends well, I had the holes re-drilled and now it looks great and is ready to sleep on
Nice chair. Two of the floor protectors were not on the chair legs. I called the company and they sent clear protectors-they said they didnt gave the black ones. Im not real happy that they dont match, but, I guess they are on the floor.
I bought this futon for my office. It looks very nice and I receive a lot of compliments. That said, it is hard as a rock. I cant believe they advertise this thing as memory foam. More like rock foam...
As it is my office couch, I dont really sit on it that much and it does serve its purpose. Also, it is much more comfortable to lie down on. That said, Im pretty sure I wouldnt want to spend a night on it. I cant imagine using this for a primary couch in a house. However, for the price, its a decent buy for the office.

The chair was super easy to put together and its really soft and super comfortable to sit in!

Cute, missing screws
Very cute and comfy chair, but it was missing all the pieces needed for assembly (screws and whatnot), except for the chair seat and legs.
