it's way better than an couch

Fast delivery, came basically assembled (I had to screw the legs on, that's it), it's comfy, it's way better than an couch, it's stylish. I'm super impressed withs new furniture line. I also have a Chase Prime Visa so I got 5% cash back on the purchase -- win, win, win.

Rough tweed fabric but otherwise very comfortable

I received voicemails and calls prior to arrival. The delivery people were professional, early, quick and delivered the sofa in a large cardboard box into the living room. I un-boxed the couch and read paper directions to locate the hidden wooden legs that are wedged inside the frame of the couch accessible via a zipper pocket on underside. Had to use a flashlight to locate the legs. The 5 legs screw on by hand. The bottom cushion is not removable, but the 2 (very thick!) back cushions are. The bolster pillows can be removed from the fabric placement loops on the back cushions. I don't really see the purpose of the bolster pillows since my sofa is against the wall, but i keep them on anyways. I found that the tweed fabric on the armrests can be a little rough/itchy to the under-arms specifically between the elbow and armpit region. The sofa is very comfortable to sit on.

    Stunning

Absolutely stunning. Easy to assemble. This chair is well made and has a more structured-firm comfort to it. The shade is more of an oatmeal color. Styling is subtle but makes a statement. Love this piece and mid-century styling. It has been an easy way to update the look of the living room.

Amazingly soft fabric - easy enough to assemble

After months of shopping every nearby furniture store for the perfect couch, I was not excited to donthe same thing for the perfect chair so decided to trust and just buy this chair unseen. It is a great chair! The fabric is soft and goes well with our CrateandBarrel couch. The only two problems were that the zipper housing the assembly parts was very hard to open (I even called customer support for advice) and the knobs on the feet are not centered on all of the feet. Otherwise, for the price, I am super impressed! Time for the ultimate test of time

    Looks great. Light

Looks great. Light. Removable back makes moving it around easy. Delivery was quick and by far the best I've experienced, I reserved a timeslot, they called to confirm and then on the actual day called again to say when they were on the way and they removed all the packing too. Lost a star as the holes for the bolts that screw the legs on were not correctly placed but a trip to Home Depot for longer bolts fixed it.

Really nice chair but uneven stained wood on the legs.

So, I do like this chair. It is not a big chair, and its very modern. I put it in my office and it fits right in. The fabric is not soft, its on the rough side, as an office reception chair is expected to be. The material is very nice, with a varied grey pattern. It looks good. The legs screw on easily. They are stored inside the bottom of the chair, and you access them with a zipper. The legs were the only weird thing. They were light colored wood on one side, and dark stained on the other side. The stain was definitely not evenly applied around the leg. It was so consistent in the 4 legs that I wondered if it was an effort to allow you to choose the color of your chair legs. But I think thats not the case, I think it was a minor manufacturing defect. Because to get the same color at the correct angle you can't screw some of them all the way in.
