Update after a few months: I ended up removing the lumbar pillow after a couple weeks. Never really found a good position that it was comfortable for me. I noticed that the arms arent quite even unless all the way down, not a huge deal just a very minor thing. Everything else has been holding up nicely. Overall I am still very pleased with the condition of the chair.
Original review: Even with the shipping delays, the customer support was helpful in getting everything sorted out and delivered.
Assembly was fairly easily, the only concern that I had was that it didnt explain that some of the hardware comes pre-installed that you have to remove and the use of the washers was never specified on the instructions. Other than those fairly minor complaints it was a breeze.
Its comes packaged very securely, and did not find any sort of damaged or missing parts. Which some reviews I had read I was a little concerned that this was going to be a possibility.
I have yet to use this chair for more than an hour so or but so far I am more than pleased with the comfort and adjustability of everything on this chair.
My daughter us a bit of a gamer and can spend a number of hours in the chair. This one was easy to assemble, feels very solid and she says is super comfortable.

Very unhappy that I ordered black and white. Upon arrival I left my son riding it and when I arrive it is all black. Very pretty and all that but. She is not the one I asked for
Great chair for a great price! Im not a gamer and wasnt sure how good of a chair this would be. However, the gamer I bought it for absolutely loves it! It is super comfortable and was fairly easy to put together.

Purchased for gaming, but use for much more. Very comfortable and the massage pillow is a nice bonus for relaxing!
