All the rest of the sectionals this size cost significantly more so this is a great deal at this size and price point.
Very comfortable and I like that the ottoman can be used for storage as well as it can be detached from the sofa.
Cons:
As long as youre not sitting on the wooden divider between each cushion, youll be fine. But trying to sit where the cushions divide is a no.
The description says dark grey but its more like a shade between dark and light. Definitely not dark.

The only thing I dont like as much about this couch is how short the back is. More than once one of the kids or myself have knocked our head on the wall behind the couch. Im sure its because our last couch was pretty tall but its taking some getting used to. I should have paid more attention to the measurements.
I was skeptical about ordering a couch online because its not something I could easily return if it doesnt work out. This couch was a great investment! The boxes were fairly light (for a couch) and the whole thing was extremely easy to put together. I dont like that its pretty low but Im fairly tall. By it having a reversible chaise, you can easily rearrange it if you move and the spacial arrangement is different. The cushions arent too firm and I think its comfortable to sit on and have company over.
Plus: the cushions have velcro on the back!

Id recommend this couch if youre looking for a firm piece, its not soft. It takes about 24 hours for the cushions and pillows to fluff because theyre delivered vacuum sealed. The assembly was quick, easy and can be done by one person although two people would be easier as there are brackets that have to be lined up and put into place. However, I was able to do this by myself.
Overall, I rate this a really good buy at a great price and very easy to assemble.
I bought this as a not everyday kinda sofa for kids to watch TV on or when I want to get away to another room. Its comfy, easy to assemble. Would not use it everyday. But works for the room. Color and and nice.
Wonderful customer service and pleasantly Suprised with everything!!!! The company went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations with answering our questions etc. The quality honestly seems highly durable. This couch was purchased for my aged parents and my two teen niece and nephew. In all the couch needed to be able to endure and it is doing a fine job. We had to add to the cushioning simply bc my parents need help at times getting up or sitting down( they are not handicapped by no means just as you get older your bones decline) so the added cushioning was perfect which we used from the sofa we replaced this one with Honestly for a four seater couch the price is right in point. And the added storage is the bonus Please purchase this couch!! I dont get anything for writing my review but when I see something I love I will only want to share my joy with others, So here you go Enjoy

Easy and comfy

Not for everyday use

A little short, but still happy!
Overall happy with my purchase. The back of the couch is shorter than I had expected but it was very easy to put together.
