As pictured. Easy to assemble. Works well as my reading chair, foot rest seems sturdy enough. No problems so far. Gave it a high rating due to the value for the money.
This chair looks good, comfort is adequate (not great, dont buy it if you plan to sit in it every day, buy it as a piece of furniture that looks good and that visitors will sit in occasionally), but it was VERY tedious to put together. The usual / holes not lining up, having to snip away small pieces of material in order to get the bolts go into holes, and worst of all, there are two bolts on the arms which are near impossible to put in properly. I spent about an hour on this chair and I got one of them to go in, the other one I did not. I gave up on the second one after my fingers started getting sore without any success, and used a 3.5 wood screw instead of the bolt. Not a good solution unless you are a DIY person with a drill and you happen to have 3.5 wood screws lying around.
I have mixed feelings about my new chair. The style and appearance is beautiful. Color is rich, material is not supple but I believe will give a little over time. The padding is not as firm as I was expecting from other reviews and I am glad about that. The back has good support for my back although I am still using a small lumbar pillow. It reclines easily.
But the footrest only comes up if the chair is in at least a semi reclining position. So you cannot sit up and have feet raised. You must be somewhat reclined. So this is not working well as a replacement for my old chair as I had hoped. In the fully reclined positions it is comfortable, but to sit and still function in he room, it is not comfortable as the seat tilts slightly forward.
For the price I paid (under 400) it is a good chair, and Ill keep it for now, but its not the chair I had hoped it would be for me.
I have this in my home office. I am 6 210, and this chair is very comfy. As in, the long/winded conference calls in it are a bad idea. And it looks great in the office as well! A word of caution: My g.f. decided to put the legs on for me. She didnt tighten them down very well, and they pointed in towards the chair, rather than out. If you do this, and recline / you WILL go over. So / curve out!
Beware, this chair is enormous. Totally out of scale compared to a normal chair. It is very different from the similar ones you might have seen elsewhere and online.

How about make it in beige color?
I would buy one right now, if it comes in beige color, but too bad, it does not!
Nice looking but footrest is low and requires reclining to work.

Its bizarrely huge

Descent chair for the money.
A little short in the recliner length but ok for the money. Very firm to sit in.
Instructions instructions to assemble would be greatly beneficial
No instructions to assemble
Not very comfortable
Looks nice but not too comfortable
It looks good just not the best quality
The style and look is beautiful however the quality not so much. You can feel the board or iron in the armrest and its also hard to recline.
