The product arrived well packed, complete, and undamaged. The assembly instructions were thorough and well presented and all necessary parts and pieces were included. If you can follow instructions the assembly is straightforward and pretty simple. There was, however, a small glitch that could have presented a problem to someone without a variety of tools. When attaching the top of the sliding desk it is necessary to screw the lower shelf section and a support bar to the underside. I found there were no pre/drilled holes in the underside of the top section and though it was simple enough to determine how the parts went together without the pre/drilled holes anyone without a drill and a small bit would have been unable to complete the assembly. And if you arent careful there is always the chance you drill too far and pass through the desktop which, though not fatal, would ruin the overall appearance of the desk. I managed to complete the task without complications and am happy with the results. Once assembled, the bed feels sturdy and durable. Im sure over time some re/tightening will be necessary but as of right now everyone is happy.
I only gave 4 stars because I CANNOT stand getting to a screw that does not line up with the holes its supposed to go into (AGGRAVATION!!) I literally got to the last screw and it didnt line up. All of the screws were left loose as suggested until the very end and STILL, this one didnt match up.
However, its still a good purchase. Its seems to be sturdy enough where it wont fall apart, though it wobbles a little when my daughter climbs up but that could just be because it is so tall. My daughter is 170lbs and it holds her well, never heard a squeak or any creaking from the bed.
NOTE: CHECK CHECK AND RECHECK THE MEASUREMENTS so that you get the correct mattress to fit because this bed does not fit a standard mattress. You need a longer, thinner mattress so just beware.
The desk feature is way better than I had in my mind even after seeing the pic. The desk surface is bigger than I imagined, great amount of space for studying.
The height of the space underneath the bed is also great. I am 59 and dont have to bend much to go under. My daughter is 54 and just barley has to nod in order to go under.
Overall, I would recommend.

Each piece is numbered and all hardware come in their own bag and are also labeled. I didnt have one problem during the assembly and all pieces were there. I also found this same bed at Ashley furniture for nearly 200 more. Buy this one and save some money.
He saw the bed without the dresser built/installed now the bed has a fort under it the dresser is on its own wall but its SOOOO MUCH FUN!!! Ran a usb recharge, led light strip on the inside front ralil now he has mood lighting/nightlight in his fort. He loves it!!! FEI: Bed came without dresser hardware or assembly instructions. Contacted costumer services they sent wrong hardware wrong instructions. They rush delivered 2nd time to make it right. We are still VERY pleased with the purchase.
Making this purchase to upgrade our toddlers room was the best decision that we couldve made. The bed was easy to assemble, I put all the pieces out and my husband when come and help put them together as needed. With two people you can get the job done quicker. We found that only a few of the wood pieces werent sanded down enough and are a little rough to touch.
The bed is sturdy with a little movement when shes moving around more then usual, I mean its a loft type bed so we understand. Ive (135 lbs.) been up there with our 6 year old and my husband (157) has also been up there.
She loves the play area below. Definitely a lovely purchase.

While definitely a two (or three is available) person job, the assembly was not overly challenging. I highly recommend using a drill with adjustable torque as otherwise it would be VERY challenging to hand tighten all of the screws.
The bed is very sturdy and the finish was practically flawless. The desk, while small, is perfect for my daughter especially with distance learning.
We did significant searching and researching for the perfect loft bed and am very pleased with our selection. I highly recommend this!
I purchased this bed because among other things, it advertised a non/toxic, low VOC finish.
I am not sure why, but we have finally assembled it a week ago and it still emits a VERY STRONG CHEMICAL SMELL.
I have left the window open every day, and at night I have turned on the air purifier in that bedroom.
I am still not allowing my child to sleep in that bed and he is very disappointed, but I am concerned about the toxicity in the air.
I am very disappointed about this. We will wait another week and hope that it will improve. I have actually purchased two. I will wait to unbox the second until I know that the first will lose the smell. Otherwise I will return it.
Other than that it looks great, it is sturdy, and it is relatively easy to assemble.
This bed gives great value. Assembly is not terribly difficult, all you need is a couple of hours and enough space to lay things out. We bought the desk that goes along with this bed and it works well for our 2nd grader. She is able to retreat to her cubby and do her zoom calls and homework.
I would highly recommend this for kiddos! At this price with free shipping through , it made it a no brainer. This ends up being cheaper than and its feels like a much better product!

But did not hold up to normal use.
My little girl ( under 100 lbs) fell when the step gave out.
I would say you get what you pay for except I should have gotten a lot more for what I paid! Very disappointing! I dont think I would buy again.
I realize I still have a couple days left to return it for a refund but its really not doable considering I got rid of her old bed and I would have to take this giant bed apart in order to return it! Not sure how we are going to repair it but I guess Ill have to think of something

Upgrading to Make Room

Bummed out didnt hold up to normal use
