This bed was great. My son loveeeees it and it was easy to put together. I put it together by myself (which I dont recommend if it can be avoided) but even then it was relatively easy and could have been knocked out exponentially quicker with another person.
We looked forever to find a quality reasonably priced loft bed for my daughter. Shipping was super fast and all parts were packed perfectly- no dings or missing parts. The box was extremely heavy and I thought I was in for it, but I only needed help from a second person a few times. I ended up using my drill with an allen wrench attachment (being careful to take it slow as to not crack the wood), which made things move along much more quickly. Both my daughters loveeeee this setup and I wouldnt be surprised if were ordering another one soon! Its an awesome bed and desk. Would give it 6 stars if I could!!
I bought this loft for my son and he loveeeees it. The only downfall is i need another one for my daughter and the price has changed tremendously! I paid 174 total with some change and know its close to 300 dollars?! I really wanted a matching one.
Overall this bed is great quality. The wood is nice, the finish looks good but my biggest complaint is the hardware finish. If you look at some photos its shown with white screws/bolts however they arent white. All hardware is silver which is stands out when you look at the bed. Very deceiving based how how they have the photos edited.
My first impression: the packaging was fantastic, all of the pieces were all well labeled.
The edges and surface finish are top notch, wood itself is pretty damn good.
I did the installation on my own and I was taking my sweet time, it took me over 2 hours. I assembled a mail order swing set before, by comparison this is pretty easy and straight forward. Power tool, 5/32 hex head, and 2 Philips head are all you need.
Some of the pilot holes were not perfectly aligned, so that took some elbow grease and patience to get the boards line up and fasteners to start. My only complaint was, the manufacturer could have make the main frame boards/rails which tie the front/aft headboard to be symmetrical instead of asymmetrical. The instruction had a little mix up and I failed to recognize 1 frame leg and 1 main rail has to be reserve for the ladder side. They could have make the boards symmetrical and be ambidextrous, just provide matching color plugs to plug the extra holes, I wouldnt even be mad. But by the time I got everything tighten up and tried install the ladder on the last step, then realized my mistake; I was pretty annoyed and I have to bust out the drill bit to match drill 2 bottom holes to tie down the ladder.
Last complaint is the upper bunk and the lower bed are only aligned by wooden dowels without any restraint, I foresee the boys being rough and rock and tilt the upper/lower halves without some real brackets to tie them together.
Overall, it is a decent project/product
Fast shipping, package delivered well, the directions had to be looked up because I got the wrong ones, but once I found them online I was able to easily follow them and complete my project with ease. My daughter loveeeees it! True to size and quality materials.
Bought this bed for my son about a year ago. Bed is wobbly and does not feel safe at all. I find myself tightening bolts to often so he wont end up hurt on floor. Bracket that holds ladder to bed broke so I contacted and was told to contact the seller for the piece. Contacted furniture and was told to email them with exact piece, model and when and where it was purchased and never got any response. Now i gotta buy a whole new bed. Smh. Not happy!!!!！ with the customer service!

Just what we needed!
Our granddaughter loveeeees it and we feel sure it is safe for her. Not too hard for two people to put together.
