My review is based on dealings with direct recently. Buying their cabinet was well worth it.
My contact with was because the bottom draw a small pin broke so could not use the door. A little back and forth with their service department and a week later they sent me 8 at n/c.
So service I say a 10 .recommend
My wife had been looking into switching our 3 year old pantry for a coffee bar with storage. We keep all of our kids snacks and our baking supplies in this cabinet off of the kitchen, so it sees consistent daily use.
We also consume a lot of coffee but keep our espresso/fancy drink maker in the basement because We have no more counter space.
Here were creating the best of both worlds! Weve decided to switch the pantry for a nicer storage center with an empty space to set our machine and grounds, so we settled on this model.
We didnt want to spend $200+ on this endeavor, but we cant lie - we hated the light brown trim on this style. This was an easily fixable problem though - vinyl shelf liner/wallpaper. We ended up purchasing a dark brown wood pattern that matches our floors and kitchen table a lot more than the light brown did, with the intent to cover the light brown trim and to put it in the cubby hole.
Lets move on to assembly. This was an endeavor, to say the least. Upon first opening, I recommend you do it in an area thats easily cleanable (garage). Pop the top off the box and youll be greeted by a large pile of broken pieces of tiny styrofoam. Mine are currently spread all over my garage floor.
Each item was separated by flimsy styrofoam sheets, but they dont prevent all damage. We had a few scrunched corners and beat edges (included are pictures of a few knicks and bumps), but I wasnt going to go through the trouble of sending it back, so well end up painting it over.
The glass sheets for the upper doors DID arrive intact, but they were divided by a piece of paper, and didnt have much in the way of protection around them.
My biggest gripe with this pantry is that half of the pieces didnt arrive labelled - so it was a lay them all out and decipher which piece is which game. It was annoying but manageable. The instruction book was okay. I feel like the pages on the door construction could have been laid out a little better, but we got there in the end. The actual assembly took about 2 hours, and then with what we changed it added about an extra hours worth of work.
We lost storage space by switching to this unit (about 2 shelves worth), but it let us actually go through our inventory and throw out old stuff and move stuff we dont use often back to the basement - so it actually ended up being a good amount of space in the end.
Overall were satisfied with it so far. The shelf where were gonna put the coffee maker is pretty low and awkward - we definitely wish it was taller. But yeah, overall, its pretty sturdy. Solid build. All the parts were included. In our opinion the style was a little outdated and it needed some tweaking - but its still a nice unit.
I think it looks great, took a while to set up and i dont know why the handles on two doors didnt take the screw perfectly but its all good. I think its a great price here since i saw it more expensive on ebay .recommend
The cabinet itself is pretty easy to put together. However the material was used in manufacturing it were not the best. There is very little wood mostly pressed board which tends not to be a sturdy. But for the price and the storage Im pretty happy. .recommend

Good cheap furniture.
Assembly instructions could be written better. Overall easy setup in 1 to 2 hours.
