The box was damaged and taped up oddly.
Pieces were damaged, I was able to bend them back into place. This gives you an idea of how flimsy the is. I ordered the Gold bed which looks more like brass and the screws that are included are silver. Its a disaster!!!
The bed was easy to put together, issue is there are no attachment holes or screws for the canopy part to the bed, as well as the mid way up pool.
The canopy is 2 polls all 4 sides and there is no way to hold them together, they just slide into one another, there hasnt been issues with it falling apart, but if you move the bed at all it has to be from the bottom of the bed or it will just life off.
Other than the stability it was a good buy, size fit as ed and with the bed on it it will hold me and my daughter if i get on the bed with her and Im 300lbs.
Great style. The sage is beautiful. Nice proportions. Easy set/up. High/quality parts for such a good price point. Directions were easy to understand and all parts included. We all love it. Its perfect. Get it!
Im so disappointed, not sure if its or the manufacture. First off the Light , King size should come in 2 boxes. One comes with , connectors, and a few other items, box 2 has the , hinges, railings, side boards (kinda important stuff). First acquisition rep swore the bed only came in one boxso why does box 1 have 1 of 2 printed on it in several places and the page from stipulates COMES IN TWO BOXES. So I disconnect that call, check the box and behold, box one gives complete instructions on what came in each box. Second call to and Josh was aming! It was very time consuming, but hopefully Ill get the whole bed next week as replacement. I just read a review on this bed and reviewer states the was flat, not wingback. Had to edit my review, turns out the wingbacks (siderails) should be in box 2
Some of the pieces came dinged up a bit, but not too horrible. Most I was able to do myself, other than connecting the platform part. Also didnt like that the hardware was tossed into a couple of bags mixed up, just had to look at the hardware key in the instructions and sort them first. It looks great finished.
I love the color. The bed was a lot more difficult than I was lead to believe. And so many screws and other parts were missing. Im starting the process to get the items that are missing. Ill see how simple that process it. I love the bed but next time I would get a bed that had assembly included.

Disappointed
Honestly love the look of it. However, it squeaks and makes way too much noise while doing well you know. Super duper Disappointed about that.

Cheap but pretty
There were 6 screws missing and the screws and hardware were all silver not the color of the bed.

You only get what you pay for
The bed is pretty easy to put together. It is a little wobbly after you assemble.
