It would be handy if the string at the bottom was separated and each end had a toggle, that way if it is windy or cold you could still have the cover over the top while sitting in the chair and have some protection. Having a toggle at each end would stop the string from retracting into the casing.
Heavy duty, easy to put together; has holes in base that will allow this item to be anchored to concrete, wood or...??? This will wobble some if not anchored down, I will anchor mine to concrete.
Nice looking chair, pretty comfortable, took me about 45 minutes to open, assemble, and clean up. I can't see how anyone can complain about putting this chair together. It couldn't have been much easier.
