    Ottoman

It arrived and looked exactly as it did in the picture. It works as described so far. It is a little stiff but overall a great piece so far. Perfect for our cabin.

    Great Option for Small Spaces

Product looks sturdy and will suit our needs to keep the spare bedroom roomy until having sleepover guests. It is very low which is a minus, and as hard as a rock, so for sleeping this will need a very hefty mattress topper or blow up mattress on top.

    Sleepover

It is large and very firm. It is a great value and my grandsons love to sleep over on it. I just put a mattress topper and it is perfect. We fold it up and put it away.

    Nice value convertible chair

Great value and versatility. I would say, I would buy again, but I already did. Cushions are very firm.

    Comfortable and wide.

Very comfortable and wider than most convertible chairs. I have a bad back and I wouldnt mind sleeping on it!

Bad for spines, great for unlikable in/laws!

Its definitely sturdy. It is terribly hard. Uncomfortably hard. Theres zero assembly, and figuring out the transformation was simple. It is definitely not for someone with back issues, or for someone who needs support above the lower spine. The back is so short it has zero support whatsoever. Recommended for someone who has desperate need for an uncomfortable bed for in/laws! The more they hurt they less they stay. Could easily hide a cat box under it for added effect.

    For very minimal usd

This takes some getting used too.it is very hard. I have only had this for about 6 weeks, the center is already collapsing, sagging. I would not recommend this product unless planning to use it very rarely,

    Extra space for guests

Use: I purchased this as my toddler niece is growing. I wanted to be able to have her in the guestroom with her parents when she visits, but not have them experience a foot to their face or a fist popping them in the middle of the night sharing the king bed. I also did not want to spend a fortune as it will get minimal use. This replaced a narrow recliner that had been in that room that provided a chair for my guests to relax in. Delivery: I liked the fact that this product came in three separate boxes so none of them were too heavy to manage with one person, but I only received two of them at first which prompted me to reach out to the seller who got back to me the next day and saw that the other box had already been delivered, so good customer service. The parts were wrapped in a thin cover to keep them clean, but I think more protection could be in order. As you can see from the photos, there is an indentation in two places on the front ottoman, presumably from the packaging. I think I can put some thing thin under the cover (which is held together with velcro) to make it pop back out, so once I let it sit a bit, Ill attempt to fix it. Assembly: We did have to bend the metal base slightly to get the holes to line up. The instructions on the wheels were a bit confusing and I followed the picture rather than the tip that said to keep the number facing up when installing. The tip was correct for two, but not all four of the wheels. Quality: The chair is firm and should supply sufficient support for anyone sleeping on this. It is very easy to put into the different positions and back again. I am overall very satisfied with the purchase for its intended use.
