My son loves the bed and it really opens up his space! Its simple to put together as in I understand and can do what its asking, but yall you gotta screw in each individual slat under the mattress. EVERY. ONE. It nearly cost me my marriage, but we decided we couldnt let the loft bed for a 6 year old win. Ill update you after marriage counseling. Everything else with the bed is great except my marriage. We would still buy again!
Over all it looks fine my problem is you need to be very careful bc if you screw in the screw too might the wood will just break or the wood becomes stripped inside and you can no longer screw in then some of the pieces do not fit right as I have pictures other people did not mention but you can also see in some of their photos chalk bored fit in the frame for me but some photos it did not for other people and my problem with the side is ok for others as well these are not made all the same. Slats are not very stable can not hold a lot of weight also chalk bored is really really hard to get on screws do not line up as you see in previous reviews as well. But it looks nice piece is good over all its fine just a few minor issues that to me personally are not that big of a deal Ill be keeping the bed
You need two people to assemble. There is only one 1.7 inch x 1.7 inch wooden support that runs end to end on the bed and the wooden lattices are on top, screwed into each side. I will likely be replacing the wooden support with a steel alternative as the bed seems flimsy at the moment. Other than that, assembly had its awkward moments and the clarity of the instructions needs improvement. My 7 year old loves it and it was exactly as we expected with a lovely space under the bed for him to create a chill zone. I give it a 4 but it would have been a 5 is the support beam was a steel or metal option.
There were two of us putting this together. It took us about 45 min. This has been put together for over 2 weeks now and my daughter loves it. Her dad and I have been able to crawl up (one at a time) and lay with her and its been holding up fine. Seems like great quality and we hope she can enjoy it for many years to come.
This bed is so sturdy and worth the money, so recommend worth every penny. The only thing is the sides are not high at all so we just bought s bumper that goes underneath the sheet. Easy fix. Must buy this bed
The dimensions arent exact according to the photos in the listing and as a result, one side of my mattress is lifted up on the one side, causing the one leg to lean inwards towards the bottom. Its still rather sturdy thankfully but I still feel that I need to be careful not to move around too much on that side. I like this loft a lot but sadly Ill need to get a different mattress that fits the actual dimensions. Its off by 3/4 inches which doesnt seem like much until your mattress is actually up there.
Purchased to entice our son to sleep in his bed the WHOLE night, this was a great buy. Not only does he feel safe in his high up vantage point, he created a hangout space below. Now while my 150lb frame has climbed up with no concerns my husband doesnt trust it would support him at over 200lbs. Perfect for our big kid (5 y.o.) and little sister has no fear of heights climbing up to play 3 y.o. Assembly was straightforward although its best to have two people once you start to stand things up.
I bought this bed to give our 5 year old more room to play in her small bedroom. Its perfect! I love how sleek and minimal it looks. It took my husband about 2.5 hours to assemble. We stuck some LED lights underneath plus a cubbie shelf from Target for more storage. Our kid absolutely loves it!

Nice sturdy frame, but beware of dimensions that dont match the listing

Wobbly
The bed is really nice but wobbly. It looks really nice besides that.
