I've had this couch for about 4 months now. It's cute, it fits well in a small space without looking child-sized, and the cushions are fairly plushy and soft. Unfortunately, the back cushions were designed by Satan himself with the sole purpose of ensuring that you can never sit for more than 7 seconds. The back cushions have no structure whatsoever and they're not attached to the back with velcro or anything like most couches, so basically as soon as you sit down they scrunch up in a really uncomfortable way. The seats aren't that big from front to back, so while it doesn't SOUND too bad to have your back cushion melt into a puddle of unstructured stuffing as soon as you touch it, the result is actually that they take up too much of what little space there is on the seat, and you feel like they're actively pushing you off. Trying to watch a movie with your partner? Forget about it. Casually reading on the couch? I'll either end up throwing the back cushions onto the floor in frustration or giving up within a minute or two. I've included 2 pictures--one before I sat down, with the cushions freshly fluffed so they look nice, and the second after sitting down for approximately 20 seconds. This couch looks nice and fits nicely in a small space, but if you actually want to relax on it then find something else.
Received the Loveseat. Once I got all the parts it in the house, it was assembly time. Going well, OOOPs, one backrest hole doesn't align with one side arm....husband had to correct this. Loveseat finally together, now on to the cushions! Had to stop putting stuffing in left backrest cushion to sew it together, perhaps the manufacturer ran out of thread. There was about an 8 inch hole where the seams were not sewn. I guess furniture should always be bought in person. Live and Learn
Zipper pulls on both seat cushions broke immediately. Both got stuck. Took a half an hour to get them to close. Now you wouldnt be able to remove for washing. Called number on instructions. Was told customer dept. was closed and someone would call on Friday. Of course no one called back.
I read all the reviews, and saw a few people complaining about it collapsing in the middle. I assume these people had two extra legs left over after assembly, and didn't know what to do with them. They go in the middle. Read the instructions. The way it is packed up is pretty slick, I appreciate the engineering that went into it. Once assembled, it took a few days for the foam cushions to expand all the way. We bought it to replace a beat-down loveseat that the dogs liked to sit on to look out the window and bark at things. The cover material seems pretty tough, but we bought a heavy-duty quilted cover to put on it anyway. It sits fairly comfortably, my wife can nap on it (she's 5'4), I can almost nap on it (6'2), and I like that the cushions come off to be able to clean the covers when needed. All in all, I'm pleased. I didn't expect a whole lot for under $400, but have been pleasantly satisfied with it.
I would have given all 5s, but complete assembly was impossible because three pieces were missing - 2 washers and a wing nut. I called the company twice with no luck, and I sent them several e-mails requesting the parts, but I never got a response of any kind. I was forced to go to the local hardware store for the missing pieces, but the bolt provided for the assembly, being made in China, did not fit American-made washers/nuts. Thus I also had to buy a bolt that would fit the missing pieces as well as the sofa. I finally did get it completed, and the sofa is very nice.... comfortable, attractive, and just the right size.
If you purchase this sofa, pray that you get all the parts for the assembly.

Sofa
I like the fabric and the color. It is very low to the floor. Not very deep. I guess its appropriate for the cost.
Zippers crap quality

Good initial appearance not very comfortable
Back pillow of chairs are very flimsy and uncomfortable
Not bad, you have to actually assemble it correctly,,,

Crummy Company / Good Sofa
