The couch itself: relatively comfortable and easy to install. Not my favorite but for the price its worth it. When installing we found multiple small dead bugs inside. We ended up washing all the seat cushions before we went any further.
The couch delivery (which I had to fight with about and they did reimburse some cost) was such a hassle! They delivered it to the wrong address; luckily the owner of the house called us. We couldnt get a hold of a human of the delivery service and so I had to go lift this couch on to a uhaul truck by myself. Thankfully we were moving that day so we had a truck otherwise it wouldve been an even bigger disaster. The box was very damaged…making it harder to lift alone! Thankfully no damage to the couch. This experience has made me realize we will NEVER order large furniture items off of again.
It fits the space it was purchased for and the fabric is pretty good considering the price of the sofa. But the cushions worthless. They are constantly in need of reshaping which isn't too bad with the back cushions. The seat cushions are already beyond restoring to their original shape. This would be much better with a single slab cushion instead of two that get mashed down in the middle.
Its tiny, rough textured, cheap, cheap, cheap, not cream colored as advertised (more greige with a tint of green) and sits very low to the ground. When I stand next to it the arms come to the top of my knees and Im 57. I sat on it and I heard the wood creak. You can see the size of it sitting next to my ottoman. Maybe for a childs room but then again it wouldnt last bc its cheap…have I said that? Yes !
Know that there is no way you can return this bc it is vacuum sealed and in the box like a Jenga set.
It arrived quickly, had some assembly, and looks good. It easily seats 3. I had to furnish a roomy assisted living apartment in less than a week , and made it possible. I hired someone to assemble the furniture. The room is living and dining combined, and this sofa is the centerpiece. It arrived in perfect condition. It isn't fine furniture but it is great for its price, ease of purchase and delivery, and instant gratification. The occupant is a small person, and she can lie down, sit comfortably, or entertain occasional guests. It isn't suitable for heavy family use but fit my needs.
This garbage arrived with NO HARDWARE at all. When I asked for the hardware i was told the loveseat was out of stock so the hardware was no longer available. They told me to throw it away. At least they refunded my money. My grandson rigged it together with hardware he bought. It was a disaster from the get-go. It is ugly, uncomfortably tiny, and only fits his 3-year-old son. It's garbage.
It arrived in a box in pieces. Had to figure out how to put it together and was challenging and confusing. Just got it today so not sure how comfortable it is. It appears lumpy but maybe after some use it will look more normal. Its stiff but again I just received it and put it together. 1 person could assemble but it is much easier with 2 people.
Pros: Came disassembled so it was easy to fit the box through the narrow hallway and door. No tools needed and fairly fast to put together with simple, easy to follow instructions. The fabric is also nice quality and comfortable to sit on. It is petite but seats two people comfortably.
Cons: The black bottom under panels have Velcro on the edges to attach to Velcro on the bottom edges of the loveseat. The panels were a little too small/short to reach and it took a lot of pulling and tugging to get the Velcro to touch and keep the panels from falling down. The fabric panels on the backs of the back cushions were a little too big so there was a bit of overlapping of the fabric in the center between the two cushions. And getting the filling inside the cushion covers was challenging as the covers seems too small to hold the oversized, shaped filling. Also the vacuum sealed seat cushions plumped up except for the very front of each one which maintained a flattened, pointed structure instead of rounding out to fill the cover. So the cushions are a bit lumpy but hopefully theyll adjust over time with use. The feet are also plastic (not wood) but theyre sturdy and dont really look bad.

The cushions do not hold their shape or stay in place.

It is what it says
I gave it five stars because it is as described and is what I expected. It looks good and is fine for light sitting.
