Bought as a guest bed for use in our spare room. Now I cant get my girlfriend off of it. Beautiful and functional, its a wonderful addition. It took an hour or so to assemble. The box was a little heavy and awkward because of its size, but I was able to move it by myself.
This bed is everything I expected it to be. It arrived in a timely fashion, was very easy to assemble, and it improves the look of my guest room in just the way I wanted. We replaced twin beds, which took up too much space, with this trundle bed and were even able to use the existing mattresses.
After reading the reviews, I was pretty hesitant to purchase this but I am glad I did. It took my husband probably an hour to put it together. All the pieces came in good shape (nothing bent or missing) I slept in it the 2nd night with my daughter, it doesnt squeak which is a huge plus considering I have to sneak out once she falls asleep. It was definitely a great deal for the price!!
I thought it was difficult to put together but it is very sturdy. The bed slats were all interlocking which was tedious but the end result was worth the aggravation. All in all, a very good buy for the money.
Very nice bed. However, some of the small plastic pieces needed to assemble keep popping off the bottom of the bed. A big choking hazard for small children around.
Its a cute bed when put together but I wouldnt put a heavy adult on it 365 days a year. Its fine for my 60lbs kid. This is a 2 people job, maybe 1 if you have a lot of patience. The middle support are plastic pieces that look like a bike chain when finished.

You need a fairly large space to assemble it.
