This replaced an existing old Gazebo which was in place when I bought the house. This product is of higher quality than the one it replaced / the support legs in particular are bigger and stronger than before. My house looks over a nature preserve and the winds can get to be brisk. With weighted sandbags on all four legs, the Gazebo handles them flawless / even better than my two cantilevered umbrellas do when they are rol down. I highly recommend this product.
This installation was very intuitive. There are no printed instructions, just diagrams. They were very careful in packaging the components, but there was unfortunately some minor scuffs and scratches on some of the pieces. Its definitely a good product. I would buy it again.
So this thing cost 120 bucks, I got it as a Christmas gift from my lady, I wanted a place to stand out of the weather on my deck to grill with my traeger, But here is the catch it says do not leave it up over night, do not use in the rain or winds, ( define ) or it may be damaged and could not be guaranteed, so its a bunch of parts to put this thing together and they want you to build it and dismantle it every day? These guys have to be out of there ever loving minds, I swear man who does business like this, go buy a sunjoy and enjoy
Very important to check all parts for all connectors in beams ect. I had to McGiver one beam to make it work. See picture. Silver connector McGiver, brown bolt with nut rivet connector was what it was supposed to be. Also study diagram very carefully. No written instructions. Looks great. Put up relatively easy. I used two adjustable ladders and a son in law to put mine together. Done in about 5 hours.
I used to use a pop up style canopy tent and it worked really well, no issues at all. But after a few seasons the canopy wore out, as they typically do. I was going to buy a new pop up tent and then realized that there are tents made specifically for die hard BBQers like me and the cost is relatively the same.
These guys offered a few color choices and I picked a darker red and am happy with the color. It took me about an hour to assemble it and did it alone. The kit came with everything needed and I literally needed zero tools. All the bolts are hand screwed in and hold well. The hardware is mid grade and okay quality.
I love that there are two shelves, although I ended up only using one. The hooks the set/up comes with for bbq tools is nice and doesnt have to be instal. The tent is durable and I dont have the legs bolted or screwed into my deck and the wind hasnt caused any issues, such as we have had problems with when using a pop/up tent.
I also really like that the canopy hardware allows for ware and with time I can tighten the top canopy if the weather stretches it somewhat. I have a large Traeger and it fits nicely under the canopy with plenty of room for pellets. Also the tent comes with two lights that I dont use, a bottle cap opener that gets a lot of use and a hook in the top center of the tent that I hang a bug zapper from.
We are happy with this purchase. Remember, you get what you pay for. This was easy to set up, (1 person). It looks good. Sturdy! I used this to cover a 6 person hot tub with plenty of room.
When this Gazebo box was delivered, I lifted it up and carried inside, I thought it was heavier than my expectation was because I bought some garden/patio portable Gazebo before and those packages werent that . Upon opening and assembling this Gazebo, indeed, all the metal pieces for the frame are thicker and stronger than what I was expecting. My propane BBQ grill is only about 5 feet wide, so when I assemb this over my grill, it provides plenty of room and shade for it. The top canopy is made of thicker material so it can block pretty much all the sun and heat, making it much cooler and less sweaty when doing BBQ. I like how it has both small shelves on each side, where the left side it has a few hooks to hang the BBQ accessories and on the right side, I can put my meat and vegetable trays on it for cooking. Its also very thoughtful of them to include a beer opener that can be attached to the Gazebos frame and a magnetic on top for night time cooking, which is actually provide decent lighting. The top canopy has split, which helps to circulate the smoke out from the underneath. I also tied 4 sand bags to each of the legs, to add weights to make sure Santa Ana wind cant pick it up and blown it away. This was well designed and and made, it has been up since I purchased it and still working very well.

8x 5 Grill Gazebo
It was missing a bolt and I had to purchase one from the hardware store. Lights wont stay in place because the magnets are small.
Looks good so far. We will see how it holds up
