The key is stuck in the lock. How do I get it out. My daughter absolutely loved it. But after locking about three times the key got stuck in there. Please tell me how to get it out. She filled it so I dont want to have to replace it.
Its extremely sturdy, its beautiful in white, and it took my daughter about 10 minutes to put it together by herself. Its a great item. Im glad I went with this brand. I researched them and read hundreds of reviews on all the different ones out there. This one is by far the the very best.
Wonderful product!! I had an issue with the post office though. They said it was too heavy to deliver and I had to go there and pick it up myself. I was not happy one bit!! I hope they dont ship with them again. Other than that I love it. It has plenty of room plus storage on the back where I keep my jewelry cleaners.
My daughter got this as a gift and loves it! She asked for a and we got her this one because of the storage. She was pleasantly surprised and quickly found a use for all the shelves.
If I had to be picky I would say the shelves were difficult to assemble, but not impossible. Great product.
Extremely frustrated. The storage capacity is good. The assembly directions arent really directions, just a picture. The picture directions and the actually product differ. There are pieces on the product that the directions do not show. The part that frustrates me the most is the condition it was received in. Two out of three of the hinges (which I have attached pictures of) were broken. I was looking forward to this product, but Im highly disappointed.

Wrong color and the lights inside did not work.
I did not like the fact that the lights did not work. I could see that poor workmanship is the reason.

Love the jewelry cabinet! The only fault I found is that it needs an area for longer necklaces, other than that its great
